    This business requires you to contact the only number they have on file in order to make changes or add any phone numbers to your account. However when you call the listed hours of operation or 8 am to 10pm Monday through Saturday. Yet yesturday was Saturday and from 7:30 am to 10:00pm not once did I speak to anyone I was direct to a recording that said they were closed and to call back during business hours …, during business hours. Seems to me they need to hire more staff or pay for an answering service. Or better yet open up user profiles to the user so they can make changes as needed without the head ache . People using there services are already going through enough so it’s crazy that the user interface is so limited. Makes me feel like my rights are being taken from me just to change a phone number and address and send my LO money so we can speak. And I did nothing wrong.this is hardly the best site in the industry. But they claim to be.

    This comment was received on Monday 8/14/23 - so if the customer did call "yesterday" that would have been on Sunday, not Saturday - in which we are closed on Sundays. Yet if the customer still meant that they called on Saturday, we were definitely open and taking calls.
    Also, we have policies in place for the benefit of our customers. It does take more effort to update a phone number or address by calling and doing so over the phone, however this aids in preventing any fraudulent activity that may possibly happen to anyone's accounts.
