      My solar system doesnt work. The system shut down since April/May 2024. Called ***** times. Posigen attempted to fix system end of July. It worked for 6 hours and shut off. I call Posigen 2-3 times a week. We are in August now and my system still does not work. Posigen customer service tells me it is scheduling department fault and they cannot do anything but take my call and information. And they are not refunding money. They give me credit. Worse service Ive had with any company for 60 years on this earth.

      On July ******* I received a text from the scheduling departing about a technician will be at my house on July *******.I ask why do I need a technician as I didnt call for one.I was informed a generation error has accrued and they need to fix it. Technician shows on July ******* and after over 1.5 hours ( normally it only takes 30mins ) I was told that my panels have been off not generating any power since May 24, 2024 Moving forward l, I was on the phone over 3 times a day everyday for 2 plus weeks trying to get any human to answer why it took someone so long to tell me about the problem In the meanwhile (thinking I was on Solar) received a $750 electric bill which I told PosiGen to reimburse me for not only the lost Solar.During these 6 plus weeks of not working , the tech department has still yet to this day 8/5/2024 to reach out to set up the app Im suppose to have to monitor my own panels. There is no phone numberto contact a live person.All the meanwhile still fighting with any management person I can actually get ahold of to offer reasoning. After 2 plus very long weeks multiple times a day I got little answers but the $750 from them to pay said electric bill. Now I call again during the 4th week of July at some point to ask yet again to have the tech department call me to set up the app I am promised. Come to find out yet again my panels have been off again since July ******* or so, and again no one has contacted me, it always comes down to me calling them asking for things that are rightfully mine due in said contract. We are now at 8/5/2024 yet another 3 weeks of no solar power and have still yet to hear from anyone. Im frustrated at this entire ordeal. I am searching for not only restitution for breach of contract the amount of time, aggression and loss wages. If they cant fix anything and actually make them work for more than 3 days I want the panels removed at Posigens expense and a brand new 50 year roof put on my house at no cost to me

      I am registered on the National *** List. They call 5-6X per day trying to sell me Solar. I asked to be removed from [their] list and informed them they were violating the *** rules/law. They said on multiple occasions "We don't care about the *** list". I called them and asked for management, but they refused to engage. I want this to stop! I informed them I would call the A/G's office. They "Good luck with that."

      my solar haven't been producing for a month had 2 service tech come out to my house i received my electric bill called them to let them know my electric bill was almost ****** because the solors wasn't working and they knew they said nothing they can do but credit my ***** dollars i said no because that not enough you want me to still pay you the ****** lease for the solars and also pay the rest of my electric bill plus then after this month my electric bill will be higher again because i had 2 ND appt called and asked for a manager to call me its been a week and no phone call yet they had me email my last 3 month electric bill so they can see the solar cover 100 percent of my electric bill and still waiting on a Manager to call

      called posigen on 6/28/2024 to pay my invoice to have solar panels removed for a full replacement of my roof. They sent me an invoice and I paid it immediately. I was told that someone would call me to schedule the removal of the panels to get the roof replaced. I waited over a week and called back on 7/9/2024 and spoke with *****. She told me my case had been closed because of lack of payment. I offered to send the invoice. She indicated that she found it and attached it to my account, and reopened the case. I was told that someone from ************* Diagnostic would make sure my panels are fully operational on their end and then this week someone would call me back. Its 7/12 and i tried to call at 5pm, i get nothing but music and no one ever picks up the phone. I am unable to move forward on my roof replacement until they remove the panels and no one will even call me to schedule something. I would like a resolution as soon as possible. I am in a lease agreement with them for another 5 years and i can't even have them removed. My question to the posigen people is if they don't get to remove my panels and my roof doesn't get replaced and i get more damages, are they going to pay for the repairs on my home? I need answers. Even if they just call to schedule something.

      The company is using aggressive telemarketers who are threatening and unprofessional. Constant phone calls and harassment masking personal information and wanting credit scores. Red flag, stay away.

      Posigen offered to install two separate systems on my roof. One 6.4kw system that I would lease to power my home. The second larger system would be for Posigen s use to sell power to eversource. I was to pay *****/month lease and they were to pay me *****/month to lease part of my roof for their system. They said any excess power generated by my system would be refunded to me by eversource. This was spelled out on a hardcopy form shown to me by salesman. He had me sign an online form saying it was the same as the paper copy.Months later when system is finally running, I get two bills from posigen - one for each of the two systems. I called and explained that the larger system was theirs and they were supposed to pay me. They acknowledged they have such a program and that I wasn't entered into it. Instead of paying me ***** for roof rental, they demand that I pay them 129.95/month extra for the second lease!Over the 20 year contract, that's nearly $60,000 that they're stealing from me.They lied also about being refunded for excess generated power from eversource. The "tier" they agreed to with ES says that they don't refund the extra money until I move or die. Instead of lowering my bill, they raised it by over 40%.

      I was lied to from the agent ****** about what the company would offer and how going solar would benefit me, asked for my signature for identity purposes only to find out that I was enrolled in a 35 year lease agreement I spoke to a PosiGen agent on a recorded call yesterday ***************************** and was informed that I could sign a cancelation on my lease when I call back today to verify what and how I needed to go about doing such, they would not let me speak to the agent and I asked for her by name and the agent I spoke with today named ******* informed me that ***** said that she did not say anything of that nature, now I feel like they are trying to bind me in a contract after they informed me I had 15 days to cancel after activation

      5 years ago I agree to purchase a 10.2 solar system from PosiGen .For a 5 years my solar system hasnt got no higher than 7.8 a far lower than my agreement with Posigen I have complained many times and nothing has happened.So I need help to resolve this issue ??

      I spoke to the customer and explained to the customer his system is working better than expected.  After going through his production with the customer and showing him how to read and understand his prodcution, he truly understand and is willing to refer Posigen to his friends and neighbors.

      I have filed several complaints that were not addressed completely. Posigen is now asking me to initiate another BBB complaint so that they can upgrade my system.

      I have never suggested Mr. ******* complete such actions. I suggested ****************** give us a call and not continue to communicate with us via BBB. We always prefer speaking to our customers directly. ****************** does not have any working telephone numbers and directs all communication to *******************. We have spoken to ******************* several times and completed all requested actions. I suggested ******************* call her salesperson for all updates in regards to potentially upgrading her system. She obliged. I am unsure why ****************** continues to communicate with us via BBB, but we have responded repeatedly due to wanting to assist him in the best way possible.Thank you for reaching out.
