Panels were installed in April 2023. Bills from PECO in addition to charge for panels is higher than indicated in initial sales conversation and in also higher that I paid to PECO prior to panel installation (see pdf of excel sheets). Company refuses to lower my monthly billing to Posigen and refuses to address situation. PECO indicates that company lied about savings and Posigen is telling me to unplug my electrical items each night. Cannot reach company via phone at all.

I have a spreadsheet of all of my payments to PosiGen. I have sent it to them showing that I am paying more now for electricity then prior to the installation of solar panels and they refuse to address this. They keep saying they have their own analysis and that I am saving money, however they refuse to say how my excel is incorrect or share with me their methodology. What I am experiencing in added costs is not what I was told as sales point.

I am writing this complaint on behalf of my elderly mother for whom I have power of attorney. My mother never signed a contract regarding costs associated with solar panels before or after installation. Despite this fact, she has received multiple bills (including late fees) from PosiGen representing a "contract balance" of $24,952.80. Had the predatory solar panel "representative" made this cost clear in advance of installation, she never would have allowed this scam to take place. She was told that she qualified for a government program that would cover all costs related to solar panels for seniors. This of course turned out to be untrue. Despite the lack of a signed contract, my mother has received multiple bills from PosiGen after installation. She contacted PosiGen multiple times over the past few months to get the solar panels removed, and to request a copy of the alleged signed contract, which she never received. Since installation, her monthly electricitybills from ***** have skyrocketed. PosiGen informed my mother that the only way to reduce her now inflated electricity bills is to BUY more solar panels, which is an absurd solution to a scam. Finally, on May 28, 2024, after calling PosiGen to follow up, she was told that PosiGen is not responsible for removal of the solar panels, and that it was her responsibility to track down the installer (who never responds to her) for removal. Even if PosiGen is "not responsible" for removal, it should be illegal to charge her for a service she did not consent to. Now she is tasked with tracking down a scammer and is left with a financial mess because of PosiGen's unscrupulous business practices. For the reasons stated above, 3 things need to occur: (1) the solar panels need to be removed ASAP, (2) the outstanding "contract balance" needs to be removed, and (3) my mother's account needs to be closed.

I elected to sign up for solar panels again through this company. My home had prior panels in 2017 that were in my ex's name. When my ex and I split up in 2019, he moved out for a short time and stopped paying for the panels. I then relocated to ******* and he moved back in the house for a short period of time where he neglected to pay for the panels. At some point, Posigen came and took them. Him and I jointly owned the property until April of 2022 when I became the sole owner.. The panels were in his name only, therefore I cannot be held liable for his obligations he refused to pay. Fast forward to 2024, i have the meeting with a nice sales rep from Posigen and decide to move forward. He calls me today (7 days from initial first meeting) and says he hit a snag with the home office. They do not want to give me panels because they say I refused to assume the lease when he defaulted. I advised of the situation and the events that transpired over the past few years and explained I cannot be forced into assuming the lease just because he decided he was going to default. Furthermore, I was a single woman at that time going from a 6 figure combined a year combined income to about $40k for a single income household. I had to manage a household, mortgage, car note, and all the other expenses that come with owning a home on that 40k. I could not afford to pay them the extra $100/mth for the panels at that time nor should that be held against me when they were never in my name to begin with. They were solely in his name and his credit was the credit that was pulled for them. Now I am being penalized for an obligation that was never mine to begin with. I could understand if it was me that was liable and defaulted, but that isn't the case. I am floored by their decision to choose to hold me responsible for something that was never in my name. I'm sure they have no legal ground to stand on when regarding this.

In August 2023 I signed a contract for solar panel installation with Posigen. I replaced my roof as they required. I completed everything asked for and was told the installation would be completed by November. Since then, I have called many times to find out when this would be scheduled. I continue to be assured that I will receive a call, that this will be expledited and I will hear about it the following day. I never receive a call back.I cant get a number to call with someone who can actually do this. It has been 7 months and I cant get a scheduling date.

I am submitting a claim regarding the solar panel system installed by Posigen Solar. The panels were supposed to provide electricity to my house so I could benefit from it, but the electricity doesnt seems to reach my house, and Im only using non-solar electricity. I have contacted Posigen several times, but the issue remains unresolved. Also, The Orange and Rocklyn utility, which service my area, have not been receiving data from my solar system for a few months. When I informed Posigen, they acted as if they didnt understand the issue. They insisted that the solar system is functioning, but I explained that it doesnt matter if the system is operational if it isnt providing electricity to my house. This means I am not benefiting from the solar installation at all.During my conversations with customer service, it felt like the representative understood my issue but was unwilling to help. Eventually, they opened a ticket for a technician, but I have no direct communication with the technicians. This process is unclear and frustrating. I dont know if opening a ticket means the issue will be resolved or if its just a formality with no follow-up.Ive been told multiple times that my ticket will be escalated, but nothing has changed. *** had to repeatedly call and explain my situation, taking up a lot of my time. Despite promises of a callback, I havent received any updates. Weeks have passed, and my issue is still unresolved. I need this issue to be addressed immediately. The solar panels must be check to see if it properly connected to my house so I can start benefiting from them as promised becasue currently it seems like there is no benefit and it is not getting to my house. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Called Posigen on Fri 5/3/2024 after finding out during a house inspection, pending sale, that the solar panels were leaking into the attic. **************** is AWFUL, waited 47 minutes on the phone and finally left the call back number, and was informed I was 4th in line for a call back. NEVER had call back, so called again, waited until someone finally sent me to a customer representative. Who did NOTHING. Have been on phone all day (Monday 5/6/2024) to get someone to notify a tech team to go fix the leak. At this point, I am worried I might lose the sale because of their ineptitude, nonresponse, and callous indifference. Been reading all of the negative reviews and am amazed this company is allowed to conduct business anywhere. What recourse do I have if Posigen doesn't address this issue and I lose the house sale? Guess I need to get a lawyer now.

The issue began in Mid 2022 when I signed a contract with Posigen for solar panels on my roof and a promise of $105 a month credit on my electric bill. Posigen made a couple of credit payments to UI and then stopped which means they owe me over $4000 of credit. They placed solar on my roof August 2023, after a couple of phone calls the town inspector came on November 2023. It took a couple more phone calls to get Posigen to connect the electrical lines for UI to place the net metering. In April 2024 UI informed Posigen that they installed a 6K when it should have been a 10k. They scheduled the team to add the remaining 6 panels on April 18th, 2024. I waited ALL day for the workers to show up and I messaged Posigen through texting. Today, May 4th, 2024, I called for a status because I have not heard from Posigen and was informed that my project was canceled after waiting almost 2 years and an electric bill of close to $2,000 and threatening to shut off my electricity. The agent told me that Posigen had changed the log in my account and made it look like they never installed anything on my roof or made electrical changes to my system. Hearing this scared me so I took pictures of the work done as evidence. The agent also told me that Posigen put on my account that they could not contact me even though I called using my cellphone which can be tracked, I sent them emails which can be tracked, and I have cameras on my property showing that they have been in contact with me.Posigen is a company that made promises to their customers and collected government incentive for energy efficient supplier, how can they commit this level of fraud and get away with it? Can a company change a customers history like that? Is what they are doing legal?

I signed and completed a contract document with Posigen for Solar panels on 7/6/2022. Posigen was to install panels, do whatever was necessary for the installation and connect to the grid. This was to take several months and I was told I would likely be up and running by winter 2022. I waited and waited, and called multiple times to finally find out sometime in late fall 2022 that there was some turnover in the company and that the person managing my account had left the company. My account had been forgotten about. They apparently cancelled out that contract, and needed to begin a new one as of 12/19/2022. So I lost 5 months worth of time and solar power which would have drastically reduced my electric bill. They restarted the contract and there were a ton more delays for multiple reasons. Primarily, delays with their electrical contractors. Who also left my home a mess and did not complete the job, and cause damage to walls and ceiling tiles. My panels were finally installed on the house in July of 2023. The panels were finally active and producing electricity as of the end of March 2024. Each month I did not have active Solar, I estimate I was losing roughly $400/month. I believe I have paid over $3000 in electric bills over the last 6 months. Another solar company would have had my panels installed a year ago. There were months of delays caused by their internal communication issues, and incompetence. Not only that, but the contractors left damaged ceiling tiles, Sheetrock work uncompleted, and shotty wall repairs.

I was advised and controlled with PosiGen to install solar panels. I was informed the sometime after the installation there could be so settling on the roof and they will cover the cost for leaks. I am under the warranty time frame and they sent a company out however the roof is still leaking. I informed them that due to the leaks the inside of my home is damaged. PosiGen keeps me on hold, they do not reply to my calls and concerns and harass me to pay my monthly contracted rate. PosiGen does not value the consumer ME and I am filing a complaint against them for repairs and damages.
