      We signed up for solar panels from Posigen. They did not deliver the amount of panels stated by the salesman, and we have not seen the discounts promised by the salesman.

      Posigen sent a technician out and they replaced a part of the controller. This is not what was in question and not what my complaint was about. My wife and I were originally told we would have a larger system installed on our home, but when they installed the system, it was a smaller system and we are not seeing the benefit. We would like the original system promised to us installed.

       I reject Posigen’s response.  Posigen sent out someone who looked at our system, and determined that they could not expand on our current system. Last word from Posigen was that they were going to send this issue to their customer service department to see about upgrading our system. We have not heard back from them since 4-18-2024.

      The reason for the complaint was unfulfilled promises made by Posigen's salesperson when we first decided to install solar panels. They are now saying that our tree is blocking the roof and that they can't enlarge the smaller system they installed. Why wasn't this brought up before we agreed to the installation? Also, a Mr. Elvin was supposed to put in a ticket with customer service to allow us to upgrade our system. See attached screenshot.

      This company keeps calling and leaving voicemails on my underage daughter's phone trying to solicit her to buy Solar equipment and services. They have been asked to cease and desist verbally yet continue to call and leave voicemails multiple times a day. How can we resolve this?

      PosiGen is the company that installed our solar panels. With the install comes a 10 year warranty. Sounds great - YEAH! FOR POSIGEN!! Now if any other company touches the solar panels the warranty is void. and if any happens they do not have to make any repairs. Their service is horrible. First, if you can get anyone to answer the phone, you are lucky. Expect a long wait. Then you find out, no one knows any thing I called on Friday and they told to call back on Monday, they were not receiving service issues on Fridays. Finally I managed to get on a Work Order. For all the good that does. It has been 3 days and they still dont have even the day they plan to come by my home to fix the panel. Worst service ever. And why should they care they have the homes locked in. Our only alternative is to pay off the lease and remove them or suffer their poor service.Potential customers should be aware of what they are getting into, before they purchase anything form this company. It wont be hard to see. They were like this even to get the solar panels out on the house. In my case, it took 9 months.Dont get me wrong; I love the solar panels; but I hate the service PosiGen gives its customers.

      Company promised me that their solar system would save me on my energy bills. They lost my first contract. Signed a second contract installed a broken used system on my house left trash in my yard system did not work. After months of dispute with them they finally changed my unit to a new and still output was not up to par. They finally sent out tech. he said that they undersized my unit and installed it wrong. Between them (*****) telling me its my fault and they did no wrong this has been a 3 year problem. Cannot get them to call me back when they promise to call me.

      January ************************************************************************************************** my bedroom closet. After his assessment I was told that it was possibly from the panels brackets and they would have to be removed by posigen. On February 1 called posigen and was told I would have to submit a written report from roofer and pictures, which I did. From this day I have not gotten any assistance. Every time there is a hard rain the problem is worse. I have to put pails/buckets in my roof to catch the rain. I have called emailed posigen week after week no one has called nor came out to do an assessment. This is why I felt that I should contact the BBB. The are giving me the run a round.

      My solar panels have not been functioning properly since June of 2023. When I rented the systems, I was told I didn't have to do anything as they monitor the systems. I called once and was told that they monitor the systems and there was no need for me to call. I noticed that my electric production was going down in Aug./Sept. but did not call because I thought it might just me. I received my Oct. bill and it showed very, very little production. I went out and checked the systems and they were showing a fault. I called and couldn't get a repair person until Dec.15. Now I am without production and am paying the full cost of my electrical use. The repair person said it was a part to be replaced and it would take two weeks. After three weeks, I called and was told it would take two months! Later in Jan. I get a call that the repair guy is coming-no advanced notice. I then get an email saying he has to return on Feb. 7 because the system was running but not showing at the shop. I have been negotiating with a team leader, ***** to get some kind of relief--all they wanted to offer was to not have me pay my rent for 6 months but that they would extend my contract for those 6 months(that is crazy!!) I was finally able to negotiate a relief package for one of the systems for six months (my rent is waived for that system). They had told me to sign the one they sent to get into process which I balked at because I figured that would be the last offer and we would not negotiate any further for the 2nd system--which is exactly what happened. I have been emailing for the past 3 weeks and have as young people say been ghosted! I am simply asking for the same relief that they gave me for the other system a total of $180. I can't believe a company as large as this can't do a public relations gift and has pushed me to report their poor customer service. I guess I have to wait until I get my next electric bill to see if it's working. Apparently, 80% is good enough.

      Posigen **** installed a Solar Powered 6KW AC generation system without battery backup in April 2014. In November 2023 I noted the DC/AC invertor display was showing at error on VIN 2. voltage should have been 311v but was showing only 40v. I called to report and resolve issue. They stated they could not see my data due to modem not be 5G. Each month I paid for it to be 5G. After that I decide to investigate and noted my Slemco bill (primary power provider) that the solar system has not worked properly since June of 2022. During my contract signage my understanding was that they would be monitoring and dispatch a tech to any repairs. Not true!!! I have called many times (6) to get this issue resolved. I even sent copies of Slemco supporting documentation via ***** which I sent certified. When I called for status update they say I don't have my documentation copies. At this point their response is at ************* Reps are busy and will get back to me asap. No one calls back.. not true!!!I'm now stuck with a system that is not working and receiving Posigen bills that I will not continue paying until all issue are resolved..

      Our bills have always been higher since having Posigen. I have made several attempts to contact them with no resolution. The most recent started in December . I was told we were producing more then expected and to send most recent bills to *************************************** which I did and got a confirmation email. Never heard from anyone & asked someone contact me after review . 2 different people contacted my husband and said they would look into it and were very concerned he sent the bills . Finally, called again because those people never called back & spoke to *** who was very nice and expressed my frustration (which is all recorded on their line) assured me **** would call me back in a half hour and he couldnt close case until 3 attempts to contact . She let me know I saved $5 by having them as *************** Never heard back from **** (Monday would be 2 weeks) called today and spoke to **** (shared my frustration again because I get the same response that they will call me back) she assured me she would call in 10-15min to let me know if she got the email with bills or not. Then a follow up call after she reviewed them . So I forwarded the emails from December with bills going back until August and a separate email with bills from 1-1 , 1-31 and 2-2 . Everyone always sounds professional and like they care and will call back and its been on going . We arent saving and paying a fortune to UI and them! We were guaranteed savings that werent true and everyone we talk to with Pannels from other companies never have a bill higher then $32 . I understand everyones usage is different but we are hardly home and producing more then we were expected ? Nothing makes sense and the no call backs or follow *** after they review account is very unprofessional and makes us wonder even more whats really happening here .

      I did not agree to buy Solar from Posigen, I was told it was free government incentive to save people electricity and money. This system has literally NOT saved any money and has billed me ****** nd 90$ monthly payments of 90 $ yet is only providing 79 ***** of energy a month which amounts to a 10 $ savings with Eversource. Please cancel this service as I was taken advantage of and lied too.
