      **************** is a nightmare. I've been hung up on the phone by one rude man who definitely has no customer service skills as he lied about the problems with my inverter and the way they were to go about fixing them, while another representative told ** that we would be on the schedule the following week and never followed up (nor did anyone ever come out). We've had ongoing problems with our inverter for the last month or so and nothing has been rectified. They can't get in touch with the field techs, don't stay in touch with the customers, and just leave a problem in the computer to go unfixed. It's honestly horrible and frustrating and if I had known beforehand that dealing with them post-installation would be this bad, I would have NEVER gone with Posigen.

      Equipment was set up about a year ago. All inspections passed and system is still not on. Tried to contact the person in charge of our jod for going on a year with no response.

      They set up the system in December and it's now April and its still not working.But they have started charging my for the contract, that they haven't fulfilled. Nobody picks up a phone with this company.Nobody answers emails. The couple of times I have gotten a hold of anyone in the last 6 months they promise that they will personally follow up....and I never hear from them again.

      I have had issues with this company since day one. I have not saved any money at all and I have been with them for quite a few years. They claim it is because my home is not insulated but I don't have central air so not sure why if I have solar panels I'm not getting any energy from them. My heat is also not electric. So if anything the panels "should" be helping with the electric. I have never seen a credit on my bill. They wanted my bills and did some kind of spreadsheet to show my "savings" but the spreadsheet was not even based on NY. I have had constant issues with the box they installed - it's not reading the panels, it's not connecting properly, etc. Then I have to go out there and call to have their monitoring company figure out the issue and that company - Enphase I believe - is a whole other issue.The past couple of months my electric portion of my bill has been extremely high and I would bet it has something to do with the box or the panels.I feel like I was duped and conned into these and am now stuck with them. It costs too much to take them down and I am nervous they will mess up my roof in the process. This was a horrible decision I made thinking I would be saving some money on the house I had just purchased the time. Their customer service lacks customer service. I'm definitely not a satisfied customer but at this point I feel there is nothing I can do. Sad to see so many customers with the same issues. I wish I would have not trusted the people who send them to me for these panels. I would have DEFINITELY not gotten them if I knew them what I know now. DO YOUR RESEARCH PEOPLE!!

      We live in ****************. Our panels were installed by a subcontractor and PosiGen no longer has offices in **. Our system had a problem in 2018/as we noticed our utility bills were very high. Not sure what the problem was but we started producing kWh. In January 2023 our generation report showed none. Contacted Posigen the middle of January and spoke to our account manger who continued to say we should be getting a call to schedule a visit. She also stated that since we were continuing to pay our monthly lease payment she would send us a **** gift card for the two months plus we had no production. In mid March unannounced a technician showed up. He said hed been assigned to ** since January but was never informed of our problem. He had to replace the monitoring meter which wiped out our previous production reports. We do see production numbers now but have never received the gift cards and no response from the account manager when I email her for an update. Here has never been any maintenance or cleaning of our panels/system. I dont know how this company can be rated an A+ on the BBB.

      Posigen is a SCAM !!! I am a 72 yr old widow on a fixed income and yep, they got me and I want OUT!!! It is costing me more than I was told. My electric bill is higher than before and they came and replaced something and said that our "numbers" were off. Well that didn't work. I been with a blue tarp since hurricane *** and need my roof replaced ( mold in my home now ) and they want more $ to take the panels off. Really. Now lost homeowners ins due to mold ( again need a roof but those panels again, in the way ) someone help me asap since posigen don't. The panels can go on the front lawn for all I care. This is just ridiculous, $22,000 plus $90 mth and the $200+ electric bill. NO savings at all as promised. I have called them numerous times about this and nothing being resolved, they just want more money. I just want them gone. I would appreciate any help. Thank you

      Posigen did not meet any contract requirements to monitor, maintain and periodically clean the solar panels for many years. After five years the 12 solar panels were working at %13 expected capacity. They came to my house to address the issues once without scheduling and sort of swept across the panels while nobody was at the residence ignoring the no trespassing signs. The panels after maintenance and cleaning worked at %09 expected capacity. 12 solar panels were generating $24.00 in kilowatts per power company rate. I contacted Posigen and negotiated contract termination by paying out the contract in full ($1200.00.) Posigen scheduler and I agreed on a date for removal of 12 solar panels ugh! The contractor never showed up and nobody called, nor did they call to inform me of a reschedule. They came the next day when I had informed them previously that I would be working (that was stupid.) No trespassing signs were ignored again! My roof was damaged by the contractors breaking off the drip tab and leaving many L brackets attached to my roof. Throughout this process I was always polite and professional. Posigen is very rude, condescending and confrontational.

      PosiGen has been a nightmare. They used a subcontracted installation crew whose sole purpose was to complete my rather large solar installation in a half day. They severely damaged my roof shingles, walked all over and cracked the ridge vent in several places, attempted to repair with gobs of clear caulk on a black roof and the installers denied all of it. If you are reading this - run for the hills and stay far, far away from PosiGen. I'm 3 days out from install, advised them of my issues the same day, and no one from management has reached out to me even though I've requested this. Note - you can't see under the panels to gauge damage, but from the small roof areas I can see, workmanship was extremely poor and I have collected pieces of shingles in a bag for posterity. They also destroyed 4 drop ceiling tiles in my basement, installed the inverter boxes in the wrong location, and smashed my deck box for good measure. Run - run far away from Posigen!

      Horrible. ***************************** was the one who talked to me about installation and the plan. Which was good. And who wouldn't want lower billing cost. They install the panels with no problem. Which installation my lights been flickering. My kitchen lights and appliances keep shutting down. This is the second time it happened. ***** said she was going to talk to the coordinator of ************ ******* about my issue. Still haven't heard from her. My food in both fridge going bad. Since it has not been turned on I want it to be remove. I don't want nothing to do with this company or your solar panels. Having a roofer come out to check the panels and roof myself. Also calling an electrician to see if they messed up my electric system. Will be updating.
