Somewhat nervous but everything went great. Professional installation. Panels do not detract from look of house. Anticipate the panels will increase the value of my home. Very satisfied

I have had a PosiGen Solar water heater system for the past 17 years without incident. My home was destroyed during Hurricane *** in 2021. I contacted PosiGen about the removal and installation of their system for which I am still under contract. It took them 3 months for the removal. The vendor they sent to my property was in no way professional or caring as they left their trash, wires and nails everywhere. I contacted PosiGen for the installation. 6 months have gone by. I was informed they no longer serviced the solar hot water heater system I have and would be making arrangements to return me to a ****************** hot water heater system. I was then informed they had no vendors for the installation. I contacted the contractor that was already doing the work to rebuild my home about the installation and he agreed and submitted a proposal for $2244.00 dollars. They questioned the proposal for the 80 gallon water heater they were replacing. I responded that's what they already had me with for the past 17 years and should replace me with the same. They didn't respond for 2 weeks. I also asked them about removal/disposal of their equipment from my property and repair of my roof. They again said they had no one to do the job and asked if my contractor could. He agreed with a revised proposal of $2700.00. As of this date 12/15/2022, PosiGen has asked me could I take pictures of their equipment, area needing repair, and the wiring as they want to make sure the contactor has not done anything. I refused. I am unhappy, unsatisfied, discouraged and angry with this company and their handling of this matter. I have not had hot water since Hurricane *** and still don't have working equipment or hot water to date. Until Nov. 2022 they were actively doing Auto-Drafts from my bank account for my monthly payments on this system. When I asked to have that stopped I was told they thought it had but are having problems with the system. My next step is to seek legal counsel.

I am 18 months from completing my lease. In June of this year I started seeing higher than normal electric bills.and was told by the electric company that there was very little sell back.I contacted PosiGen and they said that they would send a technician out to check the system. It is now December and after calling continuously they finally sent someone out.The technician indicated that there were several panels not producing and inverter need changing.Having paid high bills since June, some as high as $400+. All PosiGen offered is deferment of payments. No adjustment for high bills due to the system not producing as promised Would like PosiGen to just come and get their stuff. Was told because I signed a lease that they would not do that. I feel they breached the contract by not maintaining the system as promised.

My husband and I got solar panels and also chose the option to change our roof as well through Posigen. Damage was done to our roof and the ceilings in our home during the process. The guy in charge of our installation has made promises that he did not keep and we have yet to have anyone contact us to make this right. All he tried to do was cover up what they messed up. I would NOT choose to go with Posigen again and I wish I could undo what has been done, especially the choice I made in trusting them to make it right. The Insullation in my attic had to be removed and I went 2 months before Posigen got someone to come put Insullation back. My electricity bill was through the roof and I was not compensated for that. Lets not forget the time I missed at work due to having to be there whenever they decided to show up to try and COVER what they messed up, NOT FIX! It took them several months to turn our solar panels on & to be honest, I dont see a difference in my bill and we went with a bigger system. Lie after lie! I am very unsatisfied and definitely would not recommend them to anyone. Very poor customer service and care!

I had Posigen install their system on my house because their offer sounded the best. everything was great until it came time for town inspection, which they failed. The Posigen rep that was there for the inspection fixed what he could and then said an electrician would be in touch to finish the fixes. After six months of calling and texting every phone number that had called me during the process of installation with no response or reply. I finally got an 800 number that led to a live person I told them to get the panels off my house because if this was their customer service habit I don't want to deal with you. Within a week I received a call and had the panels off my house, but now they won't remove the mounting hardware and fix the holes left from installation. Sure that means they will have to re-shingle the roof. I understand they have their own contractors to do the job and I've seen reviews about them that were negative. I want my roof fixed.Do not get involved with this company you will regret it.

I have had Posigen panels installed and to date have not seen any savings as promised. I am close to the end of my test period and have asked that they come and remove the panels. I last spoke to them 2 weeks ago and was told that there is an issue with the installation. They were to rectify the problem but nothing yet. I simply want the panels removed. They are NOT offering me any savings.

I had Posigen solar panels installed 2 1/2 years ago, and they have never worked like the salesman said they would. We have tried repeatedly to get a technician to come down and check our equipment, but no one has come. *****************************, **

Poor customer service and it's close to impossible to get someone out for service. I have had panels for 3 years and for 3 years I have never paid the electric company more than $10.00 because I normally run on what my panels are storing. I received an electric bill for August 2022 for $105.00 after running on a credit from solar storage for 5 months. This summer we have had record high temps. I checked my record in Solar Edge and it is showing last read May 2022, and nothing since for my panels. I called the electric company to question my bill and they said for June, July and August they are not showing any solar storage, which is why I received the $105.00 bill from them. I called Posigen and asked that they send a service person out and was told no, they would not be sending anyone out because they don't show a problem. They claim my panels are collecting solar just not reporting. Representative was very rude and I asked for a supervisor. She said I will hear from someone within 48 hours and she hung up on me. I seriously need the panels fixed, but my request was ignored.
