5 starsI will say I was totally against solar 100% that I would never get it. My in-laws got it had a terrible experience. They didnt start working until two years after they had them. So needless to say, I wasnt jumping to get solar. Posigen had stopped by my home one evening I was not home. They spoke with my husband. He made an appointment with the gentleman. The gentleman came back the following week and met with myself and my husband. He was beyond thorough. He knew what he was talking about. He knew his product to the point where he talked me into getting solar through his company posigen. I had met with four different companies, Trinity solar, Sun run, And two others and every time I felt like I wasted, leaving work early and sitting for an hour with someone that really didnt know their product or what they were talking about the answer was I do not want solar!! I have to say, Posigen Is the best solar company, hands-down! I received my solar panels and had them installed a year ago, and I have an enormous credit on my electric bill. I would highly highly recommend this company!Review fromBonita T

5 starsI would highly recommend PosiGen to anyone looking to go Solar. Their staff is extremely helpful, professional, and exceptionally pleasant to work with with. To add to that, their overall mission as a company is noting but positive and wholesome. I cant speak highly enough about the experience Ive had with this company. 5 starsAlthough I am still waiting for my panels to be turned on due to the permits not being approved yet (not PosiGen's fault), I will say that the Sales Rep and Account Rep that came to my home did an excellent job. The Sales Rep was very professional and knowledgable regarding the products and services offered by PosiGen. The Account Rep seemed to be in the "training" phase but he immediately responded to all questions and requests with exceptional efforts and seems to be in headed to becoming a great employee like the Sales Rep. *** of the staff that followed were also excellent workers and great people. I was able to have a good conversation with each member and they all did their jobs to the best of their abilities. I give PosiGen an A+ for recruiting a wonderful staff. Now, I just hope the permit phase by our dear friends from Entergy is completed very soon so we can see what the panels will do for us. I will patiently keep waiting because like the old saying goes...... "all good things come to those who wait".Review fromMIchelle P.

5 starsExcellent deal We lease because were it handy, also not fond of rooftop antics. The lease fee is reasonable and we generate more electricity than we use, so this is not our first credit with the utility company. Also, selling the house and our buyer was enamored with the transferable nature of the contract.Review fromLinda S

Run in the other direction! Do not sign up with this company. My solar panels have been on my roof since December 2022 and they are still not turned on. I have spoken to and emailed so many different employees over this time period and get promised 'it will get taken care of' but time moves very slowly in the solar panel installation world! The electric company is involved, the city inspectors are involved and Posigen is involved, so coordination and communication between these three is lacking. Communication within Posigen is lacking also. The day after the Super Bowl, they sent electricians to my house to move my meter outside. About six weeks later, an electrician calls me to set up a date to move my meter outside. I told him 'it's already been done!' In my opinion, Posigen needs an employee (just one) that I contact with a problem or question or update, instead of speaking to someone different each time. It's really been a horrible, drawn-out, unnecessary experience. If there was a way to have the panels taken down and void the contract, I'd do it in a heartbeat.
