      I have damage with PosiGen's solor panels than was installed on my home. Their panels are cracking my roof due to the weight. So I called them to remove them so I can repair my roof. They wants to charge me $1500 to uninstall them. But it their panels doing the damage. Besides I need the money to repair my own roof. They not going to help me with repairs. They option was pay for unistallment, your roof is going to collapse or wait 90 days. I need this now my roof is not looking good. I been with them for at least 7-8 years. That's how they treat thier long term customers? PosiGen needs to work with their customers in need of serious assistance. My roof also has cracks in it with water spot with rain leaking in. My roof can collapse at any time and i have kids at home im afraid it might collapse when my family is there. It leaves me with the decision to part way with them. And have the nerve to talk about remaining balance. That's least of my worries right now. I'm force to take legal action. No assistance what so ever.

      They did everything they promised. My Electric bills were 300$ mo/ with peco my last one was 40$ after solar! Cant complain

      I have called and emailed the company many times and no one has returned my calls or my email.I was wanting them to tell me which back up battery to buy for my system Also I was told to lease instead of buy because they will update as technology changes but they installed a used mechanical box I definitely dont recommend Posigen

      A Family friend started to work for PosiGen so we let him give us the sales speech and liked what we heard. So we decided to speak in further detail to his manager and him on a zoom call since he was new and still learning. The manager was not prepared for the meeting with info about us but mustered through, during this meeting we heard about a free energy audit of our home provided by PosiGen. The manager explained to us that any deficiencies found would be fixed by PosiGen at no cost to us. I found this hard to believe and asked at least 3 times that it would be no cost to us and he confirmed that it would be free of charge. He stated that the federal and state government gives them energy rebates and funding to help homeowners be more energy efficient. The Manager stated that they have funding that covers all of these upgrades. I was thrilled to hear this because I knew we needed Insulation in my attic from a previous energy audit, so again I asked Posigen will insulate my attic for free if I get these solar panels and he said yes! So after hearing this and the fact that they said they we would probably only have a $20 *************** bill we signed up. The Energy audit was completed and we did indeed need insulation in the attic but now when I ask what's the next step to getting the insulation in attic done, surprise no one knows what we are talking about. We were told by the same manger from the zoom call that he never said any such thing and we were wrong. We than spoke to the cancelation department and they said that none of their people would ever say such a thing. We than canceled the contract and would warn anyone to stay away from PosiGen they make false promises just to get the deal.

      My first experience with them was pretty good. But a tornado ripped half of them off of my house which voided my contract.I had to fight hard to get them to remove the remaining panels so that I could get my roof fixed. Then I tried to get a new contract.No one ever came to have me sign a new contract. They installed new ones, did energy effiency upgrades, etc but never connected me to the grid.Its been a year and no one will call me back. Every time I call I have to explain everything over. Since then my energy bills through winter were higher then theyve ever been. Meanwhile I have solar panels sitting, unused on my roof.If I could give zero stars I would.

      I have been a PosiGen customer for almost 2 years. I was given the runaround by 2 previous solar companies, but ****************************************** was a pleasure to meet. He assured me he would guide me through the process and be available for any questions until the end, and hes still available. My experience with PosiGen has been positive the entire time. My electric bill was $12 for 9 months in 2023.
