      I live in ************,** I had my system for almost a year and I love it. Now everything wasn't peaches and cream my system was installed in February by the middle of spring my ceiling started leaking .They came out took my panels down and gave me a brand new roof reinstalled my panels.And repaired the inside where it was leaking at.All on them. It is so beautiful to be able to light up your house for Christmas and not have to worry about the cost biting you in January and February. Although he is my sales gut for ******************* is the best.He keep you updated during the whole process letting you know what's going to happen next.He follow up with you to make sure your still happy with the product and when you having an issuehe follows upwoth the right department. I do not have no complaints.On labor day which was one of the hottest days Peco transformers blue because of my solar panels I never got hot. I do not have no complaints.I save over a hundred dollars per month on my electric bill family of 5..So if you considering it reach out to ***

      I have 60 panels on my house and my bill went from ***** a month to ************************************************************** around 3 months. My sales rep **** was the best very informative and patient with me. I even got new roof and upgraded panel installed. the energy efficency was awesome. my house feels so much more efficient.

      I purchased a home with the solar panels already there and I continued paying for them which was a mistake. These panels aren't working as promised, because my Entergy bill had not gone down and I have sent my bill to them several times and have not gotten any response from them. I will not recommend this company to anyone, because the service is terrible.

      They have been GREAT FOR US!! Even features us in one of their commercials. I can always get,in touch with a representative when I have a problem.

      If we could give negative stars we would. PosiGen has failed us every step of the way. We signed our contract in October 2022. They made sure they installed before year end (banging on my roof two days after Christmas). They knocked out my Wi-Fi and cable service during the process. Fast forward to today. The system is still not on line. Why? Because after endless calls to the PosiGen, the town and power company we found PosiGen never filed the paperwork. No one from PosiGen will call us back.

      Faithful, loyal paying customer since 2018. In June I received a $780 entergy bill and knew something was wrong. Contacted Posigen who immediately sent someone. They discovered my system wasnt working. Weeks went by finally someone would be out July 21st for 2pm. My home is being totally renovated so I havent been living there since May. Took off from work for 2pm appt. I get a call at 11:30am from my contractor, Posigen was there. Im ther in 5min.Two guys got on the roof for 1 min and then sit on their truck for 45 min stringing up a fishing pole. Im realizing that Posigen is not professional and that my time is not valued. They went back to roof for 1 min.. Then went to the canal for 30 min walking and looking in the water. BTW, I have all of this on video from my cameras. Im livid missing work, at Posigens mercy bc I want my system fixed. Finally they removed panels/replaced wiring.Aug 1, spoke to a Ms called-voiced my displeasure regarding about system repairs, said KDH would be out the next day 9am-11am-took off-no call no show. Rethinking this whole relationship with Posigen. I dont want to hear that KDH is a third party because I didnt contract with Posigen. Payments made system hasnt worked in months.Taking off Aug 19, 1pm appt..Thinking these issues need more public exposure other than a BBB review. Posigen has not been very studious since our contractual relationship. Currently honoring my end of this agreement but cant say the same for Posigen. My expectations of having a working solar system are not unreasonable. Ive lost revenue from work, Ive endured an astonishing increased utility bill. I receive emails asking for friends and family referrals but I refuse to because I havent been treated as a valued customer since 2018. In a city that you have a business partnership with, Ive held my voice thus far. BBB reviews are horrible and have gotten worse. I expect Posigen to make the changes that need to be made to better your business. Weighing options!

      My panels were installed in 2021 and passed inspection to be turned on 10/25/21.Since then I have tried to contact PosiGen several times and, though their customer service team is amazing, they have yet to fix my system.I have provided copies electric bills for the past 3 years to show the panels were not producing.I was told in Oct 2022 that it was due to an issue with the Cell Modem needed to be upgraded, which has yet to happen.A technician was finally sent out in June 2023 but he only replaced the component that sends the readings but that has apparently already stopped working.PosiGen has deferred my payments for several months twice now but has NOT fixed the problem!I had to spend around $300 in labor and materials to fix the broken boards in my roof from the contractors not checking what they were doing and not checking their work after installing my panels.I've had to wait OVER 6 months to get a solar panel replaced that was crushed by the storm.My Account Manager sends me back to **************** when I contact her about the ongoing issues and NO ONE can get me in contact with someone higher in the company to address these continuing issues that I can only assume many other customers are dealing with.************************************, ** *****

      THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH SOMEONE FOR DAYS AND NO CALL BACK!!!! ******* HAS A LEAK!!! THEY ALSO LIKE TO LIE TO CUSTOMERS! I WILL BE REACHING OUT TO A LAWYER! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DON'T DEAL WITH THEM!!!!!

      My solar panels were installed in October they have yet to be turned on . So we leave numerous phone calls and emails no one has gotten back to us. The salesman now doesnt respond to us. When he was trying to sell us he was the most friendliest guy there was. I would never recommend them.awful Customer service.I dont know who to complain to or how to get them on .

      PosiGen, Changed out my old solar panels for the new more efficient solar panels and replaced the roof. I had problems immediately and began to complain to the company. I hired a Licensed Contractor to inspect and repair my roof I was was having problems and no one was answering or coming out to see what the problems was there still items that need to be addressed with the roof.. 33 pieces of drip edge need to be removed and replaced around the edge of the fascia"s edge to ensure proper drip edge installation. They also found a need to remove and install flashing at the corner of the backside of the roof to prevent water leaks. this repair work is crucial to avoid further damage to the property. They discovered a need to remove and install shingles and plywood on the right side of the garage roof. in addition they found a soft spot on the main roof and to repair it, they need to remove the solar panel, shingles and plywood and replace it, Note I have to protect my property I can not continually watch my property being destroyed.
