Buyer Beware!! Don’t commit without first seeking other quotes. This company’s marketing strategy is to schedule a time to come to your location appearing ready to go and give you a rushed quote that is supposedly “based on volume.” That is, they consider a small truck that is filled to be worth $1,000, plus additional costs. The quote is based on how much room in their small truck your stuff will fill. They claimed that a queen mattress and a box spring would take up the space that is equivalent to $360 plus $160 in extra charges. That is a total of $450, which is hundreds of dollars over customary rates for this type of service. This also tells you how small their trucks are, because that is nearly 1/2 of the space. They are rip-off artists with their very nice and friendly sales people who are also posing as movers when they come to your location.

This company has become very shady! After having 2 small couches picked up they charged me $150. I was OK with that until I got my most recent credit card bill which now charged me an extra $13 for a membership fee. I called the company and they said well we gave you a $78 discount for the couch pickup to have a membership. I said I did not sign up for a membership so now they are going to charge me the $78. Beware of this company, they used to be decent, now they are greedy and shady.

Worst company to ever exist. I called them when the upstairs condo flooded my apartment out and I called 1800gotjunk and told them I needed to have two full sets of bedding only to be removed however they took everything I owned and threw it out so I was left with absolutely no furniture. So I now have to repurchase everything at a much higher price. I called and spoke with owner he refused to give me any money or compensation. They took (my computer, badly needed lift chair, four turbo fans, my $800 Sebo vacuum, dressers, all mine my sons clothing.my walkers, wheelchair. The person I spoke to was Jason he wrote down clean out apartment, which is incorrect, I just today found out. As at the time I was in the hospital then nursing home for six months, and not able to check my things
