      I have had two different appointments with Rushing Tree Service. They picked the time and day of both times. I have not seen or heard from them yet. No phone call or text just never showed up either time. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time but now I just think that’s just how they do business.

      I do apologize Mrs. Womack, we’ve been really busy with storm work and have had a few calls slip through. We’ve been working 6 days a week.

      If you have time to respond to this complaint you could’ve sent me a text. My time is just as important to me as yours is to you. Once I would have believed that you just got busy and it happens but you did it twice. It was insulting to me for you to make me wait on you twice. A straight up apology would have been nice instead of excuses.
