    First of all, this whole experience took place during a heat wave advisory. I have serious health issues where the meds I take have a side effect where my body can’t regulate heat normally. So basically I can have a heat stroke with no warning. My husband has heat and light triggered epilepsy. Having our ac repaired immediately was of utmost importance. My complaint is with the horrible "service" tech named Jeremy. He was the absolute worst person I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I opened the door to let him in, and I asked him to please put on a mask because I have several health issues that could literally kill me if I get sick. And I’m not even talking about just Covid, though that would 100% kill me. He looked at me with a gleeful smirk like he was so excited to "stick it to me" by saying no, he will not put on a mask. He shook his head side to side like a child not wanting to share their candy. He said, "No, I will not be wearing a mask. It’s hotter than hell out there." I told him I have an individually wrapped mask for him and I want him wearing a mask in my house. He chuckled and said "nope, not wearing a mask". He said it with such attitude, so I’m assuming he is an anti masker who was so happy to hurt someone like me who wears masks. I told him to call my husband but he drove off and cancelled the job. I waited all day long and it was late afternoon when this happened. I got really lucky finding someone from a more reputable place within 30 minutes. I am very disappointed in the way I was treated by this company. Who refuses a simple request/rule of someone’s house that hired them for a job? And to be treated like that during a dangerous heatwave is insane. This guy needs an attitude adjustment and I am requesting that he be fired immediately. Do not use this company, they could end up causing your death!
