    We had ******* come into our home to do a demo to purchase their cleaning system. we had an option to either do pay for it outright, or to participate in their program. the program states you must complete 12 demos and 2 sales and the machine will be free of charge once completed. also, in order to do this you must trade in your old vacuum. we obliged. after 1 week of having our new machine it broke, we sent it back and i was left without a vaccum for two weeks, i had to constantly ask them to give me some sort of replacement as i had nothing to clean my house. they sent me a replacement as a loaner. over a month later after calling multiple times to get answers we finally got our machine back, it was still broken, just in a different way. They also refused to replace it with a new one. we again sent the machine back for repairs. i could not get any updates and once again had to call daily to see what is going on. another month went by before i called and told them this is unacceptable. finally my vacuum was returned. the owner refused to speak with me and told me i need to work around her schedule if i want to speak with her. i reached out, took me almost a month to finally get the owner to call me. i told her i was not comfortable going into my friends and families homes to do demos when the product and customer service are terrible and they refuse to take care of their customers. i have complete 7 demos and sold 3 (making them $12,000) i explained to her that i am not willing to sell to my friends and family when the experience i had was awful and i was not taken care of. I explained to her why i am not comfortable finishing the demos. i asked what other options i have, she said she is unwilling to work with me and i can either finish the demos or pay full price. She shouldve have wiped my slate clean or, i agreed i am willing to pay half. she refuses to work with me or give me an alternative option. Worst experience ever, now stuck paying $4000 for a vacuum.

    On April 29th I purchased a vacuum, on the 2 in 12 program, Have 2 sales 12 qualified demo's. I feel like I was mislead through this whole process, I could go back would say no. I finished the program, let them know, I was then informed several things didn't qualify for me, I looked, some of the reasons they didn't qualify, was reasons I had never heard of, but I trusted this lady so I signed without reading, never heard it through my program, when helped with the demo's I was never told about, I was totally blind sided, you can never get in touch with anyone, I am stuck with a vacuum I half to pay for, because I didn't qualify, so I asked did I qualify for the 6 in 45, was told no, if I would have been told everything I would not have purchased, I did 12 demo's, had 4 sales, and I knew one probably would not qualify, but was told depends on who runs it and the mood there in, so I'm left just blindsided, They really mislead me, and the ones I sold to, I have apologized to them for getting them in this mess, i will never buy from them again, will find another area to buy from, I will not recommend them to any of my family or friends, I am a very UNHAPPY customer.

    Complainant purchased from us on April 29th, 2022, at which time she was given a legal contract to join our program. She signed and initialed the complete contract. She signed off as understanding the requirements of the programs well as the understanding of the qualifications and guidelines. She ran 12 demos that she set up, unfortunately 4 of the 12 were unqualified by the rules in our qualifications and guidelines. She did have 4 sales in the course of her program. It is clearly stated "you must have at least 2- A line sales" which constitutes; cash, check, or a 90% approval by finance company. Again unfortunately, all of her sales were bottom line approved. We gave her the opportunity to replace her unqualified demos but she refused. We feel we are always very forth coming with the details of the contract for the program and again gave her the opportunity to re-do and finish is correctly.

    From the first day I started the program, I was miss lead by my dealer on more than one occasion. And if you were to ask around, with other's who have joined the program, they will agree. I just want everyone to know how the program works, and not believe everything you are told, I'm not asking for anything, I believe in working for what you have, if it is done farily, As far as the vacuum I love it and the products, Just not the program, and how it works.

    I bought this Rainbow SRX system it cost me $3,099 when it is not worth that much it stopped working like it supposed to because they come in and do a demonstration of the Rainbow SRX system it was not working like it did that day they come in to do the demonstration it will run then it will
    Stop and make a bad noise wasn't sucking up anything it is not worth all that money then I told the company what it is doing they acted like I didn't call the first time for the shipping label had to tell them 3 times what it is doing what did you say again what's going on with your rainbow then they said they shipped me the shipping label through email that day they lied they did not I called again another day to tell them I didn't get the shipping label to mail it
    Off to them they sent it finally they said when you call when they knew when I called them about it then they call me again the 3 time saying what you say what's going on with your rainbow they said they took it apart it had a bend wire they did not it is doing the same thing it was doing I knew what it was doing before I want my refund immediately!
