    Do NOT waste your time or money with this company. They oversell their stock, charge your card immediately, and then wait 2 months to let you know the item purchased has been oversold by one, and yours is the one that can not be fulfilled. So if you do use this company, order a size larger than you need. Your baby will probably fit in it by the time it arrives, if it arrives. They will give you a 20% coupon as an apology hoping youll waste more time and money at their store. **************** is close to non existent. Clothing with graphics wash off in just a few cycles through the washing machine.

    ******** customer service. Literally THE WORST experience I have ever had. Waiting days and days to get told no to an exchange of an item they sent wrong... after having bought close to a 1k in products throughout the year. My daughter I obsessed with her Lovey but we will no longer support a business that can't support their customers properly.

    DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. They sell you products they don't have in stock and then they don't reply to customer service emails even though they say they do. They always say on social media "Oh just check your spam folder" UMMMMMM ma'am if I send you an email and you reply it definitely doesn't go to spam. It is just a tactic to make it seem like they are responding to you. If I could give them 0 stars I would. It is a shame because my son loves their stuff but I will be going somewhere else where they actually take care of their customers. Terrible service, I am literally going to have to do a chargeback because they won't give me my money back for a product they never sent me!!!!

    Placed an order on 9/7/24 and they charged my account on 9/9/24 but item has yet to be shipped. Impossible to get ahold of customer service - I've emailed three times and no response. Most horrible customer service - which is too bad because I liked their products, but will never order again until they improve their services. And I need my order shipped, or a refund issued.

    Awful customer service. Received a sleep sack that had holes in it and the rep did nothing but say it was not their fault. Refused to do anything about it. Never will buy from them again.

    I ordered two items on March 24th, and due to a shipping delay my items were not shipped for nearly a month. When I contacted the customer representative I was informed that the website stated there was a delay (this was only the case for one of the items I purchased, but I understood this was a possibility when I made the purchase so I didn't mind). When the items finally made it to me on April 24th one was perfect, but the other was the wrong size. When I contacted the company to inform them they told me I would have to write a note explaining what went wrong, repackage the incorrect item, and return the item through the mail to Gunamuna. They would then process the return and send me my item after. This is honestly baffling to me, while I have no problem returning an item to a small business so that they do not lose money, but this is a terrible practice for any company to have (especially considering I had already waited a month for my $55 sleep sack) and I do not believe I should be expected to continue waiting for a product I paid for in March (it is now May). I politely responded to Gunamuna sharing these concerns, it has now been a week and the company has ghosted me. I even forwarded the message to the representative. It is now clear to me that Gunamuna either cares more about their profit margins than providing decent customer service or they make so many mistakes that they can't afford to correct themselves appropriately. It's really a shame, too, because their products are beautiful. I would not order anything directly from their website ever, it's not trustworthy until they improve their practices.

    I placed an order with Gunamuna on 4/6 for a sleep sacks from their Spring collection. At that time, the website stated orders for their Spring collection would begin shipping 4/10. Seeing as Gunamuna exclusively communicates with customers via email, I sent a message on 4/17 requesting an update on my order. The following day, a customer service rep responded to my email stating per the website, spring collection orders would not start shipping until 4/12 and that my order would ship by the end of the week. By end of day Friday, I had not received a shipping notification, so I sent a reply requesting to cancel my order. The following Monday morning, I received a reply from the customer service rep in the same thread as my request to cancel my order stating your order will ship today, but if you would like to cancel please let me know. As a full time working mother, I am unable to watch for a personal email at work. When I emailed her back reiterating my initial request to cancel my order, she stated that my order had already shipped and I would just need to return it. I requested a manager to give me a call. After submitting another form online requesting a call from a manager, *** called and further contributed to my disappointment. While simply expressing my experience, *** made comments such as: Arent all mothers full time working moms?, We cant make everyone happy, You only have to put the return label on and put it in your mailbox so it shouldnt be that big of an inconvenience, and I said I agree with you, so Im not sure what else you want me to say. The premise of my frustration was if the company only provides the option to communicate with customer service via email, their team should be diligent in processing email requests as it would be done via phone. This entire experience was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. Gunamuna should invest in their customer service department to protect against instances like this one.

    It was my first time placing an order with Gunamuna on March 13, 2024. It was for their new launch. At that time, there was no warning or note indicating that if we placed orders, we wouldnt be receiving our orders any time soon due to shipping issues that the company was having. I spent $135 that day. Days passed but nothing, no email indicating that the order had been shipped. I then decided to go back to website and see if the items I had ordered where sold out they werent, but this time there was a message stating that they were having issues with shipping their products to the consumer. Wish I would have known this before placing the order. Time passed and it was now April 4, I sent an email asking for my order, a rep from the company replied with my order will be sent out April 10. April 10th came but still no shipping confirmation. I sent another email but this time ******* *****, stated that they would ship on April 12. It is now April 13 and i have not received and email confirming shipping. *** asked for a refund and now I wait to see if this company will give me back my money. This company is so unprofessional, i understand that there are some shipping issues that a company can have, but first of all, if you dont even have the merchandise, dont put it up for sale, or delay your new launch. 2nd, if there is an issue with shipping, send an email advising your customer that already placed orders so that we are aware, dont wait for the customer to go back to your website for them to find out that you have shipping issues. 3rd, send updates to your customers, if the original date stated for shipping is no longer valid, send us updates! Dont wait for us to ask for updates!

    I ordered two sleep sacks 11/26 after two weeks they had yet to ship. I made contact and they expressed that they were overwhelmed with the orders and would be getting to my order. During this time many others who had also ordered were expressing frustration with the same. By late December I received an email that part of my order was not able to completed and that they had finally sent one of the sleep sacks. I reached out and expressed that was unacceptable to wait almost a month to then state they would not fulfill an order. I could have purchased something from someone else by then. I received an email back stating they would honor the order with a different color sleep sack, I emailed back say which color would work. I never heard back or received another sleep sack from this company. I do not think this company should be offering sales, they had incompetence when it came to fulfillment and correspondence. I would not recommend them to any other consumers and think target should also be made aware of their disregard to the customer.

    Made a purchase on 11/28. Two weeks later, my order had still not shipped and I was not made aware of delayed shipping times when I ordered. I reached out to the company and they gave me some generic response saying they were working on it. A week later it still hadnt shipped so I emailed again and was told it would be shipping the next week (mid December). It never shipped. I reached out again at the end of December and was again told it would be shipping that week. It did. Then today 1/5 I received an email that my order had been canceled because they didnt have enough stock to fill my order.
