      I have been going to D'Ambrosio ******** since 2018 for issues with my right eye and have experienced poor customer service during those many years but my frustration hasn't reached the point of disgust until today. I was scheduled for surgery today at their ******* MA offices . I was instructed that I would not be able to drive so I contacted the ride sharing app " Lyft " for this mornings procedure . After being dropped off I called the front desk and told them I arrived , to my surprise they wanted to know who I was with and I told them nobody as I was not instructed in my conversations with staff and the mailed correspondence I received that I needed someone with me as I was only told I could not drive myself. This is a poorly inadequate health care provider with unprofessional customer service representatives . Today was my LAST day as a patient .

      I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had at your facility. My name is *****************************, and I had booked an appointment approximately a week ago for today's date. However, upon calling to check in for my appointment as instructed, I was met with an unexpected and distressing situation.During my call, I was put on hold and subsequently transferred to your collection department regarding an outstanding bill from 2014. To my dismay, I was completely unaware of any such bill, as I had never received any communication via calls, emails, or physical mail regarding this matter over the past several years.To compound the issue, I was informed by the representative that I would not be able to proceed with my scheduled appointment until I made a payment of $600 towards this alleged debt. This news came as a shock to me, as I had not been informed of any outstanding balance prior to this moment.As a result of this unexpected turn of events, I regrettably had to leave without being seen by your staff. Not only was I unable to receive the care I had anticipated, but I also felt embarrassed and disheartened by the lack of communication and transparency from DAmbrosio Eye Care.I trust that you will investigate this matter thoroughly and provide me with a prompt explanation and resolution. It is imperative that your staff improve their communication practices to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Additionally, I would appreciate clarity on the alleged outstanding bill from 2014, as I have no recollection of any such debt.I sincerely hope that you will take this complaint seriously and take appropriate steps to address these concerns. I value the quality of service that DAmbrosio Eye Care has provided in the past, and I believe that addressing these issues promptly will help maintain your reputation for excellence.Sincerely,*********************

      I have been a client for 15 years and today I got a phone call accusing me of yelling at their employees and calling them dumb. I have never called anyone dumb. When I attempted to ask the Lady (manager) who was accusing me she started getting aggressive and refused to answer any of my questions or listen to anything I had to say. Basically I have been forced to find a new eye care center for my son.
