      Dear Aqua-Leisure Recreation, LLC Airhead Division,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and concerns regarding a recent issue I faced with the Airhead towable **Force 3. I have always held Airhead products in high regard, but unfortunately, my newly purchased **Force 3 failed upon its initial use.In response, I filed a warranty claim which was approved, to my relief. However, I was later informed by your customer service department that both parts and full units of the **Force 3 are currently out of stock. What's more troubling is that the restocking is not anticipated until the next season. This situation effectively renders my warranty useless for a significant period of time, which is quite disappointing.As a long-time, loyal customer of Airhead, I understand that errors and product issues can occur. However, the lack of inventory should not be a valid reason to negate the applicability of a warranty. Over the years, I've consistently chosen Airhead towables for their quality and dependability, but this situation has certainly put a strain on my faith in your products.That said, I'm eager to find a reasonable solution to this issue. Airhead offers similar models that are currently in stock, such as the Comfort Shell 75 | 1-3 Rider Towable Tube. I would be more than willing to accept this as a replacement for my faulty **Force 3.Alternatively, I'm also open to upgrading to the Super ***** | 1-3 Rider Towable Tube. Although this is a more expensive model, I would be happy to cover the price difference.I hope this matter can be resolved promptly and that we can come to a solution that is both fair and customer-oriented.
