    We had all signed up for their Subscription under the pretense that we would get a new one in two years. Although the very very very, very, very fine print as it can be modified at any time it is a very shady thing for a business to do. Of course its right as Im creeping up onto my two year ***** Literally in 15 days. This is beyond frustrating and I am going to look for another product.

    Save your hard-earned money. Purchased IRobot S9 vacuum & mop in Nov 2023 brand new from IROBOT website for about 1K. Made an upgrade decision from my 2010 Roomba. From beginning vacuum was loud, sounded like a jet taking off in your living room, receiving multiple errors throughout the cleaning jobs. Mop robot eventually stopped spraying water, experiencing undocking issues and cleaning job rated mediocre at best. Multiple complaints were made to eventually getting it swapped out in Jan 2024. Vacuum stopped working beginning of May 2025 with error that CS unable to clear. I was told since out of warranty I'm out of luck and to take it to repair/exchange place. Frustrated, spent more times on the phone with them that I ever would care. Do not get it.

    charging station melted terminals app every 5 months been through 3 charging stations . sending charging station not fixing the issue. now they r giving me the run around. my daughters did the same thing she didnt want to mess with irobot warrenty .now i understand. they are horrible to work with several calls to them always have an excuse they just want to sweep it under the rug thinking i will forget

    Same as everyone else. THIS IS THE WORST company I have ever dealt with in my life. I will NEVER buy from them ever again for ANYTHING!I purchased an iRobot off of Amazon in Nov. of 2023. It worked fine until right before one year the following Nov. 2024. I called them to get this fixed over the span of 5 months. They never fixed it. Never refunded me. Kept telling me they needed to do software updates. Kept telling me to send pictures, only to say back everything looked fine. And in the end, they told me they couldn't do anything from me because I didn't purchase the iRobot directly from them, but from ******. Hence me posting here. Since BBB doesn't do disputes for items bought previous to 365 days, this is all I can do is post here. I wish I knew about this business before I purchased mine. I did my homework and used consumer reports, etc. I was so excited for my self emptying vacuum, and now out $500. TERRIBLE BUSINESS! THEY SHOULD BE SHUTDOWN for scamming people who work hard and want working products. I'm ready to cry because of it.

    This cleaning robot is made with a built in spoiling feature that is designed to malfunction (computer component) and never function properly again. It works beautifully for maybe two years (like an iPhone) then completely turns into a frustrating monster that acts up, does weird things, doesn't clean, stops, glitches, purposely fails to clean if you move it to an area that is dirty, glitches ...all by design by the manufacturer to force you to purchase another one. My husband is a genius and picky and has cleaned, serviced (replaced parts with manufacturer parts, etc) as needed but the computer component fights against you and you want to scream and throw the vacuum in the garage or smash it on concrete!!!!!!!! We got this about 4 years ago with our new house and it did it's job perfectly and was a lifesaver because of my limitations. However, over time it started acting funny and doing things that would be called a medium inconvenience and then it totally became unusable! I can't trust that the vacuum will clean the entire area ever. It doesn't work if I move it upstairs to clean another area or the closet...it just acts like it's trapped and keeps bumping into one place and never turns around to clean "wherever it is put down." That's not a glitch, that's purposely programmed. If you think about it, a computer will do what the programmer designs it to do and this type of movement is sad that it's programmed in to try to force someone to just dump it and buy another one. This is a vacuum programmed to malfunction to force you to buy another that works because you need it. I guarantee you if you go buy another one it will work exactly perfect but after a couple years it acts up and you want to throw the vacuum at the programmers computer to smash it for trying to take advantage of people paying $600 for their product and you now have to buy another one to clean your house. I hope you get sued for $100million dollars for spoiling our good patronage a selfish company

    It's the worst company and machine ever made. We have been long-time iRobot customers and are returning customers. After jumping through hoops, being fully disabled, and doing all their troubleshooting, they still will not take this floor and furniture scratching device back. Our floors are ruined by this machine. It does not vacuum well, and the mopping is a complete joke. We now have a 1000k brick that just sits there in the way. It was a big mistake to upgrade and continue to do business with this company. We were taken for a thousand bucks.

    Worst company I've ever dealt with. The vacuum/mop model that I have is a joke. After months of troubleshooting, problems and whatnot I've asked them to compensate me with a better model and the have refused over 20 times I think. I wish zero stars was an option

    ******** company that scammed my elderly disabled mother into purchasing a $600 vaccum that broke quickly and when she attempted to get assistance from IRobot they tried to get her to buy a new vaccum from the company and it literally took months to even get a response or help. Me and my family were begging for help and they ignore your requestes then hit you with a template on how to purchase a new one. There is no customer service at all so once you purchase this item, know that you are on your own and it will absolutely break quickly after. Purchase from another company and youll be grateful.

    bought an expensive irobot j9. started having issues and errors a week after purchase. contacted irobot and asked for a refund. Was convinced to let them just send me a new product, which had the same issues, they sent a new product again, which still had the same errors. Found out they just wanted to get me past that 60-day window so I could no longer request a refund. All the j9s have the same sealing problem, which they admitted and now are just telling I have to wait for a software update that is expected on some unknowable future date and I cannot get a refund ever, since I was scammed to wait until after I passed the warranty window. All I wanted was a refund so I could get the j7 which I knew worked fine, now I'm stuck with a more expensive, but inferior model

    Bought the iRobot refurbished iRobot i7+ on **** directly from iRobot seller and it showed the robot has been registered with another account but I was able to reset it and let it run for 1 rough. It keeps hitting into wall and suddenly shows error 10 (right wheel error). I contacted the support and they sent me the new wheel for replacement but error still exists. And now the customer care is muted on my email, no response. I would give them 0 star if it is available.
