    Bought this expensive irobot 18 mobths ago. We got to use it for 2 mobths, but then error says our robot is registered to different account. Its been this way for 16 month and customer service never calls back. They never answer hold time is 15 minutes, but queue is actually 3 or 4 hours. They lie, distract, delay and never help fix the robot. *************

    If I could give zero's for this product I would. Bought this IRobot for my son for a Christmas gift and it won't even pick up cat hair or litter. When he called for a refund he was told it's not their policy to give refunds. He was told they would sent him a new model that would include the mopping feature as well. He said why would he accept another piece of c*** product from them when they don't stand behind their *********** advice is stay as far away from these products as possible. Definitely not worth the high price tag if the company doesn't even stand behind them!!

    I loved hearing the customer service representative tell me that I should have read the fine print about their 1- year warranty before purchasing a $600+ vacuum. Maybe next I'll read the fine print on *****'s terms before using my iPhone.Vacuum is broken after 4 years and their repair option asks for $275. So $900 cost to own a vacuum for 4 years. ***** and ***** warranties are 5 years and an equivalent new vacuum from Shark is $180.Stay away from this company. They clearly are offering the minimum to sell you a vacuum and don't really care if their customers receive fair value for their service.

    The worst company ever. Do not ever buy this! I owned the i3 for less than 3 months before it stopped working and been replacing parts ever since . It has gotten to be a joke as soon as a new part comes it comes up with a new reason it does not work. I also owned one of the first roombas ever made and it was 800! It works for less than a year a broke. I bought an off brand and then bought two of those and both of those have been working for years with NO issues and it was wayyyyy cheaper. This company makes terrible products !

    ******** customer service. *** delivered a package I ordered from iRobot to an incorrect address. I filed a claim with ***, *** confirmed the loss, and referred the matter to the sender (iRobot). iRobot thereafter refused to resolve the claim with **** while at the same time telling me that they couldn't refund me or redeliver the lost package until *** closed the claim. The *** claim clearly states that the sender has to take further action to close the claim.Horrible, fraudulent actions and terrible customer service. Will never purchase directly from this vendor again.

    Purchased a unit from a department store and it was broken out of the box. Called customer service and they shipped out a replacement. Replacement was a much older model, covered in grease, and when turned on alerted it had an incompatible 3rd party battery installed. Ill not be purchasing one of these again.

    I have had my Roomba for a little less than 3 years and only worked for a good year. I have been replacing parts and now the parts needed are no longer available. If I'm paying a substantial amount of money I expect the machine to work properly. Just spoke to customer service at ********************** and was told to buy the parts on ****, WHAT!

    I purchased Irobot Roomba Combo essential Robot, vacuum and mop On May 31, 2024. I received the original on June 5, 2024 and The Roomba did not work right after a couple of months. I called iRobot who sent me a replacement and received replacement the first week and a half of November And was told that I would get a return label to send the old one back which II never received. I emailed and called and after the last call, I was told that the case would be closed out in 14 days if I did not receive the return label to donate the item. The atom was donated last week and my replacement iRobot stopped working. I contacted iRobot December 18, 2024 to see if they could issue a replacement. I told them what had happened with the other one and now they will not issue a replacement even with the back up emails that show I never received a return label. Now I am stuck with an iRobot. It does not work and is only a month old. I would not recommend iRobot to anyone because they do not back their products.

    I returned my items and Ive been waiting for a refund for more than a month. The items were delivered to their dock 2 weeks ago and Ive contacted multiple time and they wouldnt process me a refund even after I returned my item. Now Im stuck out of $1500 and the items I paid for I dont have. Their customer service doesnt help much they just tell me to wait ***** more days. Ive waited and waited and they just dont seem to care that Ive returned my items and want a refund. Very very disappointed and frustrated.

    Item still under warranty. They lack any real customer support. I have spent over two months of sending pics, trying this and trying that yet they are not able to find a solution to why "high suction" feature doesn't work on my vacuum. They finally gave up and I was told they could not find a solution to the problem. I then asked for a replacement vac and they told me the issue did not qualify for a replacement item under the warranty. Should be laws protecting consumers from companies that guarantee their products and then don't come through with that guarantee when issues arise.
