    False advertising & fraudulent claims No customer care but a lot of babbling/parroting No help Waste of ***************************** parroting repetititions about solutions which have been followed Then the claims are changed I vacuumed **************** did for 6 months then claim works on floors not carpet per customer service Sent emails which contained *************** per their request but they dont seem to read them. Product is expensive mostly worked about 6 months then stopped. I bought parts kits twice but still have issues. Cleaned product replaced parts & some that didnt need replacing. Im a college graduate who can read & understand English but told ad nauseen to read resolutions that Ive read & followed. **************** people just keep parroting the same things over & over.Ordered the s9 at the end of Dec 2021, received it beginning of Jan 2022. Worked about 6 months then had a lot of trouble 1. Never resumed jobs 2. Returned to charging station a handful of times then I always carried it back to station. 3. Never emptied the vacuum. I always did it manually thru the app.4. Stopped vacuuming on ************** (flat area rugs I have two.)5. I mapped floors, blocked the two bathrooms & 3 bedrooms because it didnt like my rugs. That left: kitchen, Livingroom, dining room & 2 hallways. It did vacuum 6 months then wouldnt 6. It went in circles, said it was stuck (error24), said it wasnt charging, not connected, etc. I cleaned it, changed the **** ********* changed corner brush, wiped it down, changed the filter, used the magic eraser on contacts.7. It vacuumed the floors & 2 area rugs then didnt do it any longer. **************** told me that it doesnt do floors & flat area rugs but I told them it did & now doesnt. People vacuum **************** most of the time. Mine is two large flat area rugs. I said they worked for 6 months. I paid almosst $1000 for a crappy product. I dont recommend it to anyone. Buyer Beware!

    The worst customer service. While attempting to purchase an extended product protection plan, one representative gave false information. He stated that an extended contract could not be purchased until the end of the original factory plan. This is in direct contradiction to the app offer stating the plan must be purchased within 30 days. Too bad the app link is broken and also does not work. Two othe customer service agents have promised a new app link within 24 hours, neither happened. A third agent promised a same day follow up, also never happened. I like the product so far but the company representatives ****.

    Worst customer service. I got a clean base with automatic disposal and it stopped working less than a year. Reached out customer service and they sent me a wrong base. So disappointed and probably wont buy their products again.

    I just wanted to say how wonderful the iRobot company I was having a problem with my IRobot I sent it back to them they were unable to fix it they sent me a brand new one I had the brand new one super fast I would highly recommend they stand by there product Thank you IRobot very satisfied customer

    IRobot has the worst customer service and product. I've been attempting to get in contact with the company for over a week. My iRobot abruptly stopped working after less than 90days. I've followed all the steps and it's still inoperable. After calling and sending emails via the app, the company is avoiding replacing my iRobot although it's still under warranty. This company is the worse. Buyers save your money!!!

    I have had 6 robots total, and all 6 of them have had problems. I buy all the required accessories, do all the regular maintenance and have sent countless emails requesting support with basically no positives results. I have recommended the products to friends and family and been a long time customer - and basically, told my money is being flushed down the toilet. I do not recommend this company to anyone and the technical support is below average. Do not waste your money because you will be unhappy and disappointed. The product is complete garbage after the warranty, but most of the time the robots do not last to the warranty.0/5 stars

    The sensors on the bottom of my Roomba got scratched and it wont charge. Theres no repairing it, so my $800 Roomba is worthless.
