      Beyond bad Drove an hour to an ********* to be told the type of fingerprints I needed that the machine they used for that service has been down for two months. Made the appointment ten days ago - no call - no text - just go ahead and book although we know we cant provide the service you need. Wow - how dumb is THAT

      Ill keep this short: IDEMIA has failed to honor three separate appointments my husband has made for his ************ interview. He has driven a total of 260 miles for nothing. IDEMIA **************** is polite but useless. Only recourse? Make ANOTHER appointment! Will IDEMIA show up for Appointment No. 4? Or will more fuel and time be wasted?

      Horrible company, atrocious customer service personnel who have no idea about the product they are servicing or the process necessary for delivery/submission. I have been on the phone no few than 10 times and i've received 10 different instructions. Website is useless.

      I have been waiting since march of 2023 for my fingerprint results. It is now October of 2023 and I still have nothing. It has cause the job to take back the offering and I'm in limbo. I am unable to work without the clearance. I've called hundreds of times I even went to the place where I got the fingerprints done ********************** to find out what was the holdup I got no real answers and am still unemployed.

      When you arrive for a TSA Pre-check, they take your passport and credit card or debit card. This worried me, because they kept my card where I could not see it for over 30 minutes before they called me back for my appointment. They called me back 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment.I even said to my husband that I thought it was odd that they were collecting credit cards behind the reception desk, especially since it was a lengthy period of time between the receptionist taking the card and anyone being served.After I went through the pre-check, the woman used my credit card to pay for my service. My husband's appointment was scheduled after mine, so they kept the card to use to pay for his pre-check.However, instead of calling him back, they served two other customers first. When my husband was called back, the woman realized she no longer had my credit card. She thought she must have given it to one of the other people. This did not seem to concern her at all. I told her I needed to cancel my card, and she suggested that I leave my name and if someone returned my card, she would give me a call.I asked her for her name, and she refused to give it to me.The other lady in the store gave me her name but then started serving other customers. There was no concern and no resolution. I had to cancel my credit card.

      The process was simple however the customer service was terrible. I walked in 20 minutes before my appointment. I was told I would not be attended to but I could sit there until 2pm when my appointment was. Another gentleman walked in and said he had a 2pm appointment as well, this man was offered water while he waited. All I got asked was if I was allergic to peanuts because she ate some before touching whatever. And the fact her coworkers said to her "let me know if we get too loud" and she whispered some snark comment to me about her coworker, the whole experience was very unprofessional. And then I was told they do not accept cash, I was never sent anything that said I couldn't pay cash so I spent time having to search my phone for a way to pay another way because I did not have access to a physical card. Never again.

      I made an appointment in ******, ********. When I show up on time, the door is locked. There is a sign on the door saying they are closed, the system is not working, and they are not doing fingerprints. They have a number to call.I then drove an hour to the next closest place. After waiting for 2 more hours, I finally got fingerprinted.Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!! Sounds like all the other reviews are consistent with terrible service.

      My daughter had an appointment at the Washington Ave location in **********. Upon her arrival she was checked in. At some pint thereafter she looked at phone. The gentleman (who was far from one) told her to have a nice day. She was confused because she hadnt had her fingerprints done yet. She questioned him and he told her no cell phone allowed. She apologized but he wouldnt hear it. She tried explaining that she was a student and she couldnt get back anytime soon. He smirked and told her too bad. I only hope for the companys sake, the other locations have people working there who ************** and condescending like him. Ill leave it at that!

      IDEMIA submitted the wrong name to TSA, which then gave me a KTN where my name was wrong. When I called IDEMIA, the customer support agent was unpleasant, rude, and discussed irrelevant things (that she then acknowledged were irrelevant: e.g., "in the document the agent scanned we your name is... after 5 min discussing that my name is correct in the passport ...forget it this isn't relevant."The positive is that I didn't have to wait long on the phone to talk to an agent, but that's irrelevant given the issues above.

      Had to register four separate times myself at two different sites, preregistered once, confirmed my information with customer service twice and still had to reregister one more time and it refused my payment code. The second location employee was helpful but the first site kept typing my info wrong, didnt know which codes to put where, and at 12:30 said were closing good luck. Zero stars if I could.
