      Absolutely the most unprofessional and ignorant people I have ever dealt with. The 2 guys at the pop up in ********* ** where the most ignorant people I have ever dealt with. The one guy came out saying I dont care if we are late opening, I dont care about these people, they can wait! Then he proceeds to split right next to an 80 year old lady. The other guy that was at the desk to the right in the trailor calked me disgusting because I tried to use a sanitizing wipe in his desk. There were none out for us. He used swear words at me and proceeded to trash talk me because I was going to attempt to use one of his sanitizing wipes. The fact that you allow your people to act like this is appalling. Your company is a total joke.

      I paid my fees and didnt get my results sent to my employer. Playing ping pong between *********************************** and identogo is unfair and shows the disrespect towards potential employees!!!

      *********** EMT licensing requires EMTs and Paramedics to have fingerprints taken but only allow IdentoGO to take the prints and process them. Being forced to use this company puts severe stress on the individual. It's almost impossible to get an appointment in a timely manner accessing the website. There are no humans answering calls. Went to the appointment location which did not have a working system/printer. There is a handwritten sign on the door for a long time now, and the appointment ****** did not know the system was down. This was a 50 mile drive one way to get to this office. The person at the office the individual to another location, by which time the appointment time had passed, and cancelled the appointment. IdentoGO does not allow any walk-in or standby appointments, there the process has to be started all over again, thus missing college enrollment deadlines. Cannot even fathom how this company is still operating with all of this miscommunication and zero customer service. They do not employee humans to answer phones or offer any type of assistance. Their feedback line is a message system. Worse company ever. Do not recommend at all, waste of time.

      IdentoGo is a NO GO. The woman who does the processing exhibits an absolutely breathtaking level of rudeness. I had a 1:30 appointment, they said come early, and then she was actually angry that I followed instructions and came early because she's at lunch until 1:30. I had a question about precheck with a prosthesis and the response ccx was ask someone else. Absolutely no customer service skills. ****, nasty so-called worker.

      This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Impossible to get help or get a hold of anyone. They just take your money and then take forever to do everything (assuming they ever actually do it). It should be illegal for a company to be run this way. Can only contact them via phone during business hours except every time you call you just listen to music until it randomly hangs up on you.

      This sucks!!! Appointment at 3:30 and here I am still sitting here at 4:12. This is absolutely ridiculous and I am appalled by the horrible service at the Ardmore location. These people should be fired. Unacceptable and disgusting, wont be going back to this location ever even though its the most convenient. Shame on them

      The staff at the ********* office is not helpful and rude. Went in May 30th and my 76 year old mother did not have the original birth certificate. That was our fault. Came back on scheduled follow up day a month later on June 20th. They could not find the appointment and said could t take us with it. Found it and he then said we were a walk in and had to wait but should come back another day. We drove over an hour so waited. Go to another spot for TSA pre check as this office is rude.

      As a physician, I had to go through IdentoGo to get fingerprinted in the state of ************ for credentialing at Lehigh Valley Health System. Most places accept fingerprints done officially at any ************ or *** location. However, the required I travel to ************ and do my fingerprints at a ** IdentoGo location. This required me to drive 10 hours round trip to get this done. So, I went. When I sent, I followed their instructions and a young gentleman helped me get the fingerprints done. When I asked about payment he said, "You have vouchers, so no payment is due." Months later, the fingerprints were never processed. NO ONE called me or emailed me to let me know. Apparently the vouchers given to me were OUT OF DATE. So instead of doing the logical thing and calling or emailing me, they just sat on the fingerprints and never processed them. Are you kidding me? I tried to get hold of a human 20 times over a week. Everytime I pushed the right prompt only to get disconnected. I finally reached the ******** IdentoGo offices who transferred me. When I finally got hold of someone she said "your vouchers they gave you were expired so we didn't process your fingerprints." I then paid over the phone and they processed them. Took another few weeks. This company is absolutely WORTHLESS.

      Absolutely not helpful - I called to get copies of a background check from 2021 and it took me 2 hours to get the right person only for them to tell me they could not locate it. So I had to get another one. I created my appointment, went, and was told I would get a link to access the login page with 24 hours of my check being complete and it would only work once. I got the link and it said access has not been set up for this document so I called their customer support. They said it would take a few hours to add the access. We are now on day 6 of this link not working and the second customer service person I spoke to said they have never had this happen but offered no support/phone to talk to someone else about this issue. Extremely frustrated with this system.
