      Had an interview for my TSA pre check with this company. They told me verbally that I should have my results back within 24 hours. Their website says 3-5 days is typical and the maximum time would be 60 days. Its now been 89 days and they have still not completed the promised task. Feeling gaslighted by their customer service which hides behind a barely functioning telephone system. This is a multibillion dollar multinational corporation, they cant afford a phone system that works? They cant have accurate information on their website? Why is it taking so long? I paid $85 and took half a day off of work to do this.

      I scheduled an appointment over a week in advance to get fingerprinted for the ******* ********** of ********** The day of my appointment I was told the location had 'unexpectedly closed' and I'd have to reschedule. It took me over an hour and 4 different phone calls to reschedule an appointment, more than 10 days after my original. Horrendous customer service, and I have no other option for getting my fingerprints done as this is the only vendor used by the ******* DOI. I asked what would happen if the location "unexpectedly closed" again and was told I'd just have to reschedule again, or go to their other location - which is 3 hours away from me.

      Made an appointment for the only location near me (inside a Staples), which required taking a morning off work, because there were very few available. When I showed up, however, nobody was in the booth, there was only a note taped to the door and none of the Staples employees knew anything. I finally reached a person at TSA pre-checks helpline (I think) on a very bad connection, who offered me a new appointment for several months later. I declined, since the date was after my upcoming trip and appointments obviously mean nothing anyway. In addition to them being *** on an entire day (which seems like an insane way to do business; imagine if the entire Staples was just closed), they did not even NOTIFY me (remembering had an appointment) beforehand and dont appear to have shared any info with the manager of the store they are in. I dont know how this company got any government contract, let alone THE ONLY contract to provide this service for the **** These guys are handling sensitive personal data and they cant even handle basic tasks like being open during their own business hours.

      This place is a joke. I and 4 other people had an appointment today. However it was cancelled without adequately notifying the clients as NO ONE KNEW. No note on the door or anything. After calling customer service we were told they were closed today due to staffing problems. Now I made this appointment on the previous Friday. They were taking appointments all day for Monday....the day they knew they did not have staff for. Now they claimed they sent me an email explaining this. Only problem is they sent it at 9am the *** OF the appointment. Only 4 1/2 hours before the appointment. They require a 24 hour notice to cancel and appointment but think telling clients 4 1/2 hours is some how adequate for us. BS. People missed work AND wasted gas for this place. Not to mention the location is a rotting building. GIVE ME A BREAK. I don't know who runs this place...but they are bad at it.
