      Zipcar is charging me for a *** Parking Violation when I did not receive one. Today I spoke with supervisor ***** whom escalated the situation to another department. I originally book car for 4/25/22 ****am. When I arrived to location I could not find car where it was supposed to be in Zipcar parking so I called customer service. When I found ********************** down the street it was parked in front of a Church, which the previous person didnt leave the car at Zipcar parking space. The representative I spoke to update my book for 4/25/22 ****am and gave me driving credits for not being able to locate car and being late to my meeting. I used the credit to extend my time of use of the car J54LGG until 2pm. Zipcar sent me 5 emails with confirmation of time. The rep/ supervisor failed to note the account when the car was not drop off a proper location and fail to note why he gave me driving credit. The person whom had car before me should be the one responsible for the ticket issued at 7:44am because i was not in the vehicle at that time because I couldnt find the car. I would like that ticket fee of $90 to be given to the previous driver whom didnt follow Zipcar rules and also compensated for time I have to use to fix problem. When they look at emails attached you can see when I first book car 137am and next email receive was at 809am.
