    My experience with *****, and The Blinds Side, has been truly awful. Here is a brief summary of my experience in an effort to warn other consumers: ***** was very responsive when I first reached out to him (weirdly responsive); he responded within an hour or so and wanted to come by that day. I knew what I wanted so it was a pretty straightforward process and I was able to place an order that day (putting down a $5000 deposit). Then ***** disappeared. After three months or hearing nothing from *****, I reached out to ask for an update. It took many rounds of my emailing and texting him, and me ultimately threatening to cancel our order, before he finally responded. ***** offered a $1000 discount and promised the blinds would be installed by a certain date. That date passed with no installation. We went through this process at least 3 times. He wanted "one more chance" and promised he would refund us if he followed through. Again and again he didn't follow through. With each missed installation date, there was either no communication as the date passed or he would text at the last minute with some emergency he had to deal with. I demanded a refund over a week ago and sent a zelle request to make it easy for him. As I write this on 3/29/25, we still have not been refunded. This whole ordeal has been going on for 7 months.
