They had a promotion:$69 Dryer Vent Cleaning Special *Inspection before service in case of rips, tears, elbows, or specialty configuration. Anything that is not covered under the promotion will be discussed with the technician.*expires 04/30/2025 When I talked to them thsi price was for the first 7 feet and 9 USD for an extra foot. I have no more that 15 feet so the price should be:8*9 + 69 = 63+69 = 132 USD The technician came today took a look and declared it needs deep cleaning and demanded 380 USD... I told him 200 USD or we will depart as friends. He agreed.He did the cleaning with a brush that is connected to a drill and it took him 5 minutes.The same cleaning will be done for "no deep cleaning".The whole deep cleaning is a scam. I paid since I am a man of my word, but demanded back the excessive pay.Also he ended charging me ****** USD instead of 200 USD like we agreed I was told someone will call no one called so far.I am attaching the reciept and also a proof of the promotion that they are running.Customer Answer

Technician clogged the toilet, did not clean the carpet at all, and turned off our AC. When asking to speak to a manager I was just told theyll call me without a timeline or any reassurance. Over the phone, I was quoted a price of $59 for a steam clean of a 2 seater couch and $79 for a 3 seater couch with an additional 15% off. The day of the technician in my home then upsold me a shampoo clean and said that would be $150 for the 2 seater and $150 for the 3 seater. The services was subpar and messy. The whole interaction was a mess and before I knew it was tipping him 20% on a $300.00 couch deep clean. Totalling $369.00 Id like a refund of what I overpaid for just the shampoo service -the overcharge for the love seat, the tip on that amount, and the 15% off. This was a complete bait and switch. I have been calling since Monday to get this resolved and no one is helping me. The techncian is lying and saying that I have 2 large same size couches. and had my couches "deep cleaned" which is more expensive than 'shampoo cleaning" I didn't and the receipt reflects that. I had an appointment on oct 10th at 1pm. I was charged ****** dollars including $20.00 tip and I had to get another company to come out as the dryer vents were notcleaned entirely. The services that were provided were NOT completed. The tech was in and out of the house within 35 mins. They said they were going to put a "green" chemical in the ducts the gentlemen didnt even come into the house w any chemicals. The issue still persisted which forced me to get another company. Once the other company went down there and opened up the pipes they stated they were not cleaned and I physically saw it. there was so much lint within the pipes that would have been a fire hazard. I would like to get reimbursed my payment. Please assist me inthis matter and provide my money back for a job that was not completed! When making the appointment, they said that the carpet cleaning for 3 rooms would cost $79 which is also advertised on their website. However, when the technician arrived he said that because I have a large puke stain on the carpet, it would need deep cleaning and convinced me to sign up for an upgrade which cost 5 times more so that the stain can be removed. When he was done, not even 10% of the stain was removed. He blamed it on me that because I used an over the counter stain remover, it has now become permanent. I told him that if he had informed me before I upgraded the service, I would have never upgraded the service. They didn't even remove crumbs from wet dog food from the carpet! I paid 5 times more for no results! Unfortunately I checked yelp reviews and BBB after the fact and there are reviews posted by multiple customers that this is exactly how this company scams customers.Initial Complaint

I called this Green Team Rug cleaning to have Oriental Area Rugs sent out to be cleaned. The dust was imbedded in the rug. A man came, gave me a priceof ****** and wanted the amount up front before he took the rugs. I said NO and he opted for ****** in CASH. I did not have that amount of cash so he said a credit card would suffice but the remainder would have to be in cash when he delivered them in 3 weeks, because it took 3 weeks for them to dry. SIX DAYs later he said he was delivering the rugs. I said that he said it took 3 weeks to dry so how could they have been washed? He proceeded to fight with me and delivered the rugs. He demanded the cash or I was not going to get the rugs. I gave him the cash and I saw that the rugs were NEVER CLEANED. They had the same dust in them and the same footprints on them. I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.They will not call me back nor will they allow me to speak to the owner or Tech Manager. I Have spoken with Nico who said only the Tech Manager could help me but I am not allow to speak to them. Then I spoke with a Carla that said only the Tech Manager I can speak to but they will never return any of my calls. The reviews are horrible for this company and they keep getting away with taking cash and not delivering any clean goods. How can this business be PUT OUT OF BUSINESS? I hired this company to do mold removal in my home. I asked multiple times if this was hazardous at all and if anything had to be removed from the room. I was told no that everything was green and no issues. When tech arrived I showed him my daughter's room which is cluttered and has many clothes and of course her bedding around. I was told it was no issue and everything was fine. They told me I had to pay cash and I paid them $2,550.00. Upon his departure my daughter went to her room and MANY of her clothes and blankets were RUINED including 3 expensive sweatshirts. Everything was bleached. I called the company and sent them pictures and I was told a manager would call me back but I could not have their contact information. Then called the following day and I was told that the manager would call me back on Sunday morning. Sunday afternoon came I heard nothing so I called back and was told that there are no manages available on Sunday even though I was told specifically you would be Sunday morning. I waited until the following day and my phone number was actually blocked from their system I called from a different number and I was told that they would refund me $400 toward my daughter's clothes. and I was told the same thing they would have a manager call me back this has been going on for 3 weeks now I just called them again from another number after talking to them yesterday being told that I would get a phone call back yesterday from the manager and did not I called now and I'm told that I am NOT getting a refund for their damage because I gave them a review of 1 star. I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. They will not return my calls and blocked my phone number. I have to call them using other people's phones as they blocked my number. They told me when I did talk to them that they would not refund any of my money because I sent them a bad review on ****** which is ridiculous they want me to remove the review I put the review because the service was terrible and they ruined my daughter's clothes can they promised me they would send me $400 in compensation and I have not heard or seen any money from them this company is the worst I've ever dealt with. This company told me I needed services I didn't need and allegedly installed a new part that doesn't work and now they will not return my calls or emails or text messages sent over the last 2 weeks. They make people pay by check so no one can dispute their fraudulent charges. Their reviews are horrible - I should not have gone along with a neighbor recommendation. Date of the transaction was July 25th 2024.I paid $266.77 *********** committed to cleaning the basement carpet and an area rug.*********** did not clean the carpet or the rug. Left a mess and would not listen to me about my dissatisfaction. When I finally got ahold of a manager I was told that I was wrong. I had to pay another company to come out and this company refused to return my money.Worst customer service experience of my life. From the start the tone was set completely off from what was performed. I asked if the team would need anything from me to perform the job I was hiring them to do. I was told no however once they arrived the technician told me he needed a hot water source for his machine. Being as this was in my basement, the only hot water source could not accommodate his big bucket he needed to fill. He then had to go upstairs and fill his bucket from another hot water source and spilled water all through the house that was never cleaned up. Then he "cleaned". When I tell you that the odor was worse I mean it was so bad that carpet stunk the whole house up. There is no way any shampoo was used to clean with. There was still hair and soil spots left when he left. Dissatisfaction was voiced at the time of the service and the tech brushed it off as "wet" and that is why the carpet was discolored. I called the office still dissatisfied and was told my complaint was logged and would be reviewed by a manager and I could expect a call back in ***** hours. That did not happen. I had to call over and over asking to speak with a manager. *********** began screening my calls. Finally a manager answered the phone and told me I was wrong and that the tech did everything right and that I should have just had the tech come back out. The manager refused to give me a refund. I had another company come out and they pulled so much dirt and grime from the basement carpet confirming that no cleaning ever took place.
