  They made my carpet moldy and they want to charge me to fix it at theyre already paying $200. They want to charge me $70 to fix it again whats the first fix did not go through so they try twice and still the smell lingers. Do not trust they told me they do not guarantee their work.

  I got scammed. They quoted a price of $540, then asked me to sign two legal documents filled with small print, then asked me to pay in advance. After I paid, one guy spent precisely 23 minutes supposedly doing the work. It was a total rip-off. Do not make the same mistake that I made.

  A friend said she had successfully used Certified Green Team to clean the air ducts in her home, so we decided to bring them in, knowing that our air ducts were in need. She later explained that she gave us the wrong name. Certified Green Team offered a $149 special for unlimited supply cleaning per zone. I didn't check their reviews in advance, as I usually do. Their air duct cleaning tech showed up on time and quoted a price of $2,150 to clean the various ********************************************** the house. Without thinking it through, I signed their contract, thinking this would be an exhaustive effort. He was done in 2 hours, so effectively over $1,000 an hour for one tech, a rotating brush, and a hepa vac inserted into the ducts from living-area registers. No other cleaning was done in the basement heat exchanger stack area where the ducts originate and return. I was informed that checks could not be accepted for payment, now I understand why. The tech offered me a $150 discount if I would ***** a $2000 payment to his account, which I did. After he left, I realized that he had installed all of the return duct covers upside down. I called their office to complain, and was told the manager would return my call within two business days, which did not happen. This company does a poor, incomplete job and employs bait and switch tactics. I'm embarrassed to say that I am one senior who got taken.

  This company is a complete scam. The guy came out and said it would cost double for a deep cleaning. I said absolutely not. I would pay the $79 that was advertised. He asked me how I was going to pay. I told him debit card. I don't know why he needed to know that and I am concerned that he's going to try to add a charge on my card. He asked for a tip and I said no. I said I did not appreciate him trying to snow me. He asked what that means and I told him to look it up. Then when he left he started texting me after I reported him to the company. He was texting things that did not completely make sense and said that I am deceitful for saying that he tried to rip the aluminum. I said that rip off means to take more money which is what it says in my report. He said he's going to sue me. I called the company again and reported the text messages and blocked him. It is a shame if thus one man is ruining the whole company. Do NOT hire them.

  What a SCAM!!!Technician came to clean leather sofa. After checking the sofa was told deep cleaning, sanitize and conditioning will be $525.00. And that **** will look much better. After 30 min of working technician said that he is finished. Used some soap water and. Didnt even had towel to dry sofa, floor etc. Looks like nothing was done. No conditioner was applied. Was told by his supervisor to pay cash for service with discount. Terrible, terrible terrible service

  He showed up to my house To clean a blocked exhaust chimney. He looked at it told me it was extremely blocked and then called my landlord. Then asked me to sign a completely blank contract . This man claimed he was a chimney cleaner but i don't believe this at all. I think this company is a fraud.He destroyed my house. He came to clean out a chimney without any trash bags or protective gear or cleaning equipment nothing. He came in a red truck with no name on it and out of states plates. The number on the fake contract is disconnected.He put nothing down on floors when attempting to clean out a chimney and scooped sout and garbage right onto my floor and white rug. He asked me for trash bags for chimney soot and the started filling my personal trash bina up with his chimney biohazard trash.concerning he constantly was walking through my house going in my bathroom. He was standing outside smoking on his phone more then anything.he insisted on walking though my kitchen & out the backdoor or through my living room and out the front door. Destroying my home room by room. asked him multiple times to please go out the bulkhead stairs to smoke and not through my home. he didn't disregarded my ********** started to feel like he might have something else going on. It was walk all around my house. His intentions were not to do my chimney it felt like His intent was to scope out my house and intentionally cause damage. he spent mosy of his time walking around my home and outside in my yard then inside supposedly cleaning my chimney. It finally ended after I had to ask him while he was again smoking and on the phone when he was going to be done because we haven't even heard a vacuum or nothing and it was getting scary. That's when he went downstairs turned on the vacuum then came upstairs and told me that his vacuum cleaner was clogged and he cannot clean up his mess.He left my home unsafe and he intentionally destroyed it. I have everything recorded thankfully.this is a scam

  They advertise dryer vent cleaning for $79.99. They came out and spent twenty minutes cleaning my dryer vent and handed me a bill for $416.20. I told him he made a mistake on my bill! He said we had to do a deep cleaning, so it cost more. He said sorry they should have told you $79.99 is just for us coming out. This company is a bait and switch scam operation,

  The contractor quoted me a price. I asked for a contract and told I would be paying by credit card. He then started the work. After he brought the contract. Not filled out with what they were doing. And the price was more money. AFTER THEY STARTED. I said this is not what you quoted me. Harassed me saying taxes yet he charged me 10.6% in taxes (** taxes are 7%). I was extremely uncomfortable so I paid it so he would leave. Upon pick up of equipment he harassed my wife again for $100 in cash for picking up the equipment. Again my wife paid it because she was extremely uncomfortable and wanted them to leave. This is extra that was not on the bill. All of this we have as electronic proof.

  Cancelled scheduled appointment twice. Promised multiple times to come and clean dryer vent. Unapologetic. Horrible.

  Dont even deserve a star advertised 79 for 3 rooms and then said that wouldnt work and said they had better services they could do at two other price points chose the middle road 270 and carpets were barely shampooed no pretreatment or work on stains one carpet was barely wet and have called repeatedly for an explanation of what should have been provided it has not been provided only an offer to redo which was agreed to although I want nothing to do with them and then change the time of arrival and now after being hung up on three times are threatening to cancel redo I am disgusted cant believe I fell for such a scam. I cant believe there are people out there that can do this. So mean, stealing from hard working people they should be shutdown they should not be in business. They are thieves. They dont deserve one star
