  Don't hire this company. They quoted $149 special for air duct cleaning. They got here and said the job will be over $700. Bait and switch scam. No thank you.

  ************* They dont do the work they should. I had them for my air vents cleaning they told me $149.00 and than they charged me $700.00 and didnt do the whole job and the few they did they put the covers back on upside down. Highly recommend not to let them in your house. They were literally only at my house for less than one half hour. I tired calling them for weeks to talk to manager but all they say is one will call and the dont call back

  Total scam. Called claiming to be coming on for air duct work when I scheduled a chimney sweep. Showed up without the sweep and asked for a deposit to come back. My husband refused and they left.

  The services a paid for was not provided at all they were hired to remove and extract approx 2 inches of water from my finished basement they showed up gave me a price of 3k I negotiated that to ***** since it was removal of water only we were demoing the floors, baseboard and carpet ourselves he left us with a portable water pump and hose which we already had 2 running of our own and put this outside at the drain mind you no water was entering the home any longer he said he would be back later well later was approx 530 pm showed up started to extract the water that was left told me 45 minutes later he had another emergency he advised me to call his manager while I was doing that upstairs he disconnected 1 one extraction machine and was gone hence leaving my to go out and buy wet vacs and large fans I worked with my son and husband till 130 am to get what we could up and removed I called the company at least 4 times since he left only to be told they would have the manger call me I've yet to hear back from them and I'm still removing water from my basement

  Do not use them!!!I had requested a cleaning of the chimney for $90.00 it ended up being $350.00 after they were done. No knowledge of the extra $$$. Secondly after a week the plate inside the chimney fell. A service tech came & could attach it. He said I call you tomorrow. Never heard back. I called the office & the woman gave me the gentleman's # that cleaned it to have him come out. I called him and they just fired him! I called back & they said it not our problem we sub-contract people to do the work they have to follow up with you. Isaid there is nothing on my bill or i was told of this! I said i paid your company for the service! After an hour on the phone talking to different people, they were to have the manager get back to me. I have yet to receive a phone call. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

  Total Scam! They quoted one price over phone and then tried to charge an extra $200 when they arrived. The guy tried to haggle with me and wouldnt leave or get out of my house. Fortunately, my husband arrived and he finally left our house but sat like a stalker in front of our house in his van for a long time. Hope they dont come back and hurt us or our dogs. Do not let these people in your home.

  Bait and Switch! Wish I had checked this company out first on BBB, but I checked on Yelp and did not have the company address and believe I saw Yelp reviews for another Certified Green Team franchise. I paid the money they asked for, but would not have hired them if I knew what the price was going to be. The technician offered me 3 different levels of service, the first of which was quoted over the phone, but would only clean my furniture 25%. Then another quote for 50% clean and $550 for 100% clean. After the work was done and I went to pay, there was another "Service fee" for $15.95. They even ask for a tip to be paid with the credit card, but only start at 10%, which is a lot of money.

  COMPLETE SCAM! Bait and switch on pricing. Wish I had read these reviews before having them come to my house. They quoted $79 on the phone for dryer vent cleaning. Did mention that there could be an upcharge if we wanted deep cleaning/sterilizing, which we did not.Technician arrived on time and said the $79 was for only 5 feet of duct cleaning and that it would be an additional $79 for each 5 feet. We have ***** feet of duct work from the dryer to the outside vent. So he was basically quoting me over $300 to do the job. I sent him away and told him I'd be writing an honest review. Seems like many people have beaten me to it. This business should be investigated for their false practices.

  As others have said, they quote a low price on the phone and a higher price when they arrive. I expected the quoted price to be low for my job, but In my case, the higher price was double the phone price. I accepted that higher price. They took my carpet away to clean it on May 9, 2023. It is now November 3, 2023, and I have not gotten my carpet back. I tried to do a charge back on my credit card. They sent my credit card company information on a different job at a different address and the charge was put back on my card. The credit card company rep called Green Team with me on the phone to arrange delivery of the carpet with a possible discount. We had an appointment to speak with a supervisor and then another appointment. They failed both appointments. I sent them a ************* 93A letter to the address on their bill by certified mail. The came back undeliverable. I will try to send the letter to the address on this account.
