  DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They will quote one price, lure you in, and once the technician arrives (very late and not often the time window they promise) they will quote 3x that. I initially received a quote of $80 and then $350. No transparency in pricing, they just come up with a number. I requested a couch cleaning service and the result was mediocre at best. Bunch of couch pilling on the cushions and the technician just said he doesn't know what to do. What????? YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE THE SUBJECT EXPERT. Please, please, please just shut this business down for fraud.

  If I could I would give them 0 stars. I booked my appointment with ****** on Sept 1st for them to come out on Sept 26th she gave me a window of *****, no one showed up I called them at 1:00 to ask if someone was going to show up, and they told me technician could not come and I need to schedule another time. REALLY? I don't think so. I told her if there was a problem it would have been nice to have called me to notify me. Not professional and I will not be calling them again.

  deserves a zero star but not an option..every one of these comments below is dead on!! unfortunately we did not look at reviews prior but wife got absolutely gouged on the vent cleaning and they would not respond afterwards to try and be reasonable about the cost...DO NOT USE THEM.......

  The business in the *********** calling itself Certified Green Team, or Green Diamond, is a scam. They advertise special introductory prices for carpet cleaning, chimney inspection and cleaning, and dryer duct inspection and cleaning. Then, when they find work needing to be done, their price is around twice the going rate. Its questionable whether they actually do any work, although Ive seen several negative reviews for their carpet cleaning service.They are not certified to conduct inspections of any kind, and provide no certificates. Although they seem quite friendly and personable on the phone, they will not admit this and do issue refunds. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR ANYTHING.There are, apparently, legitimate businesses named Certified Green Diamond in Georgia, the **************** and perhaps others. This is not one of them. BBB makes me select a star rating, but I'd give it a zero if they'd let me.

  Fake advertisement, they will try to make as much as possible or refuse to do the job they offer on their cite terrible company horrible customer service I called the company to report technician tried to get more money and when he couldnt he just left. They asked what do you want me to do about it? I asked if thats their practice she said it again what do you want us to do he sent us picture and you need a stain treatment as well understood but I dont have to get it for them to complete the basic cleaning he refused because they will never do basic cleaning for 69/ 3 rooms never waste your time you will not save a dime and will spend more than you would with any other company out there. They also have terrible accents being eastern and you can barely communicate with customer service either not one American works for this company.

  Scam scam scam. We were quoted $99 for a chimney sweep (also the promo running clear as day on their website). They showed up asking for $490. We complained saying thats not what we were quoted, called back and the front desk changed their tune to say the technicians determine the rate. Eventually the technician came down to $350. We agreed to service solely for the fact that they were there being pushy to take the deal. The service was a literal 10 min clean for a *****************. After the service the technicians were disgruntled that we didnt have cash for their good price, then after payment was made, asked for a picture of license and credit card. We immediately Contacted the main office requesting to speak to a supervisor when they left. The front desk reassured us someone would call us, no one called. When we called a second time to let them know we havent yet received a call and used the same line of let me review your file and have someone call. We did this song and dance three different times throughout the service and at no point has anyone called. Total scam artists.

  Technician never showed up for my appointment. I had to call and was told he was going to be 3-4 hours late. Rescheduled for the next day and found out I was misquoted by several hundred dollars. Extremely poor customer service!!! I am very disappointed.

  I was also quoted $79 and ended up paying over$500 to a subcontractor and they wanted to do chemicals as well. I then had to write a check since credit card machine not working. Such a scam. Ill give one star since they came the day requested but not between 2-4 but after 5 pm.

  I don't feel this company even deserves even one star. They are scam!!!!They were rude and disrespectful. **************** representative quoted us $119. Technician was late and quoted us $349. Demanded payment upfront. Left carpet soaking wet and dirty. I have photos and videos and I will start posting these all over the internet. I have called over 10 times asking to speak with a manager and no one has returned my call. Authorities needs to shut this business down so they don't take advantage of the clients.
