This company is a scam. The technician showed up, inflated the quoted price terribly, asked for cash, and left as soon as we were distracted. (We've been kicking ourselves for paying cash up front; we realize how stupid that was.)We called the company, who said they would send someone new the following Monday; the person never came. We have camera shots of the technician who showed up; he was wearing a company shirt. When we called the company on his shirt, we found out that they are based in ******.We've called the police and have filed a report. The technician who came to our house was **** he drives a silver ****** Tacoma. If anyone could call the ************************ and provide them with his license plate number, we'd greatly appreciate it.Certified Green Team

1 starI called them for a dryer vent cleaning. In the past, I always paid around $275 with other companies. The guy showed up 2 hours late and wanted $650. He said I needed a "chemical treatment" for $399 to "loosen" the lint plus another $275 to just clean out the dryer duct. I told him that I did NOT want chemicals blown through my dryer duct. Who knows what kind of chemicals he would be blowing through my house. He then said he would charge me $423 to just clean out the dryer, without chemicals. It took him less than one hour . BE AWARE that they also subcontract out the work to who knows who. I had to write out the check to a private persons name not the Certified Green Team company. This is wrong. I must stay the person's answering their phones were polite.I can't give a numerical review because I would give them ZERO They rescheduled 4 times in 2 days and called when they were due to be here after the 4th time and said the truck had a flat tire and there wasn't a spare and would not be able to come until Sunday because they are closed on Saturdays. I didnt reschedule the job. I will hire another company to ************ vents and dryer. I definitely would strongly suggest you do business with another company. Went online for a company to clean 2 / 3 cushion sofas and one 11.6X6.6 rug.No stains, not even very soiled at all.Online the ad said, ***** for 3 cushion sofas, rugs $1 a square foot.I called and spoke to a lady who confirmed these prices. Total $227 When the technicians arrived these prices were never mentioned.He said, we have 3 prices. 200, 250, 300 for different levels of service. I picked 250.Final price, $282.50!No call back from customer service.I felt ripped off.Certified Green Team

We do in fact have a promotion for the professional steam cleaning of a 3 seat sofa for $79 and area rugs for the same in home cleaning for $1 per sq ft. A love seat would be $59.
For our standard service based on your issue for a loveseat, 3 seat sofa and approx 12x7 area rug would total to $213 for all 3 items for the professional steam cleaning.

After reading the reviews I called and cancelled the appointment I had with this company. They sent someone anyway and I assumed it was the other company I had scheduled. It was not. They did exactly what everyone else said, charged me $200 and wouldn't leave unless I paid in cash. My husband ended up getting the dead animal out of the chimney - the guy they sent spent 10 minutes here and said our chimney was all clean. I am going to dispute this!!!Certified Green Team

We apologize you were not satisfied about the service. We did advise we you had initially called our service, on a recorded line, that you were quoted the following:
9x12 area rug for $89.99 in home professional steam cleaning OR a warehouse for $2.5 per sq ft (which would total to $270)
When the technician was there he had given you various options as you chose not to have it done in the warehouse due to the 2 week turn around time. And instead chosen a different cleaning package than what was the steam cleaning quoted over the phone.
As we mention with all customer: any upgraded or specialty services such as stains, discoloration or heavy traffic where the steam cleaning is not enough, the tech can advise and price out further according to what is best.
You were happy with the service but chose to call our office demanding a price that we could not give over the phone due to the fact we cannot see the condition of the carpet.William L.

Super **************** Today ************ can not be trusted. I was just awarded a refund over 16K from my credit card Bank for their work on my Sub Pump. They deceived, lied and took advantage of me. I have a pending court order for the monies I had to pay another vendor for repairs required after their failed installation. Full blown scam. Offered an $80 service on their website, then told us that we would need a deep clean (the next price point up) to remove the vomit from the couch cushions and that it would be $375 because they would have to clean the entire couch to make sure it all looks the same. They did their work in less than an hour, said it would dry in 1-5 hours. An hour later I check to see how it looks now that its a little more dry, THERE WERE STILL PIECES OF CHICKEN FROM THE ***** ON THE CUSHIONS. Not only that but the cushions remained soaking wet for 7+ hours after until I had to take my cushions out of the cover and wash it again and hang them. I called to complain and they said I would receive a call in 48hrs. They couldn't give me the address of their office, the name of a manager, or anything else regarding their business. The woman on the phone actually swore at me and my girlfriend multiple times. Additionally I payed via venmo because the friend who threw up on the couch was venmoing me to cover it. Now after discovering it is a scam I have requested my money back on venmo and I will be taking the venmo recipient to court to get my money back. This company is not a company, they must send the address of the caller to some random people, send them enough money to rent the equipment and then take a portion of the sale. The two "technicians" were no brighter than a 1st grader. Beyond angry, can't wait to see them in court!Certified Green Team

We apologize you felt you had an inadequate experience. We do have notes that you mentioned that you had vomit on your sofa and was given a free estimate because of the vomit.
We could not quote you a steam cleaning for $79 because steam would make the smell worse and would cause further discoloration.
This is why we suggested a free estimate so the technician could go over what would be best to remove the vomit stain and odor.When you add steam to vomit, it makes the smell much worse and pungent. Same reason you would put a vomitted shirt into the washing machine with detergent and not a clothing iron.
Our machines are NOT vacuums and cannot pick up heavy materials like chunks of vomit, candy wrappers or hair. The extraction machines are not meant for that.We did look through our call records, both our main office and managers did attempt to call you and schedule you for a redo of service to no avail.
We do not appreciate you degrading our technicians when they had gone over why steam cleaning isn't recommended and what was best. We do have a receipt with your signature that does show you were informed of what services you were getting and authorized said services.
If you didn't want the service, we would have left an estimate with you and called it a day.

We apologize you felt you had a bad experience. We did come out for a dryer vent cleaning.
On the recorded call it was explained that the $79 promotion is for a general maintenance blow out from behind the dryer on a standard configuration. Meaning there should be no elbows, booster fans, or malformations in the vent.
During inspection it was found there was excessive amount of lint and elbows in the dryer vent. Which meant the $79 promotion did not apply. Furthermore, the technician did explain this and so did the office when you called to complain while the technician was doing the service.
Lastly, we did respond to every one of your calls and emails for invoices and COIs per your request.
We are saddened that you were unhappy about the price, but this was explained and attempted to remediate issues as they were brought up.
