  First off - I want to say the technicians were professional, efficient, and hard working. We were quoted for a 12 cushion couch $144 dollars, however when the technician showed up, it became a whopping $532. The woman who answers the headquarter line couldn't answer how they itemized their pricing. Her only answer was, "it depends on the condition of the couch" and that prompted me to ask, "ok, what is the pricing level per condition? Is there a condition 1, 2 or 3?"...She had no idea. Literally, zero clue about how anything was priced. "It's up to the technicians what to charge." How can a company operate without knowing how to properly price services?$532 for a 40 min cleaning.Essentially, I should of done more due diligence before getting baited into a low price and we'll come out immediately model.Very disheartening and will not use this bait and switch company again.

  Just moved to ******** so thought a local company would be safe. WRONG,!Total scam. Stay away. After reading the reviews seems like everyone agrees. We were taken to the cleaner( excuse the pun). Quote was $79 but tech said that cleaning wouldnt touch the stain. Paid $200 and guess what? That price didnt touch the stain either. Had to ask him to clean up all the water he was gonna leave in the floor and said it would dry in three hours. Well Im writing this 24 hours later and its still damp! I HATE BEING SCAMMED.

  I ordered a "Chimney Cleaning and Inspection". It was on sale for 100$, a very good deal -other places charge $250. However, when the sweep arrived (late -but he did give me a heads up so no big deal), he informed me that the service was limited to cleaning out the fire-place and NOT the chimney. It would cost 400$ for the chimney.Apparently, this happens a lot. There is a fundamental disconnect between the website/front-office and what is delivered. HARD PASS on this company.

  Services requested: vents and vent dryer cleaning.WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!First, Company quoted 2 different prices. Second, Tech was unprofessional and asked me for my WIFI Password. Third, the Tech didn't clean-up after his work and left large lint ball in the vent. Third, the Booking CSR line will not connect me to the Company or Manager after several attempts to f/u regarding the poor service and over priced service.Don't use Zelle as payment with this Company!!!

  Disappointed. Dont do it. I had a rug cleaned.it does look nice but the stain that I specifically sent to get cleaned was never touched never. It came back looking the exact same way. I paid the absolutely ridiculous price and then proceeded to clean the spot myself. I contacted the owner..he said he would everything possible to fix this. Never heard from him after several emails with pictures showing the stain he left behind and how I was making it better. So what did I pay for? Very poor business practices.

  No license or ID on tech. We were quoted $79. We expected it to be a bit more since on second story but have learned now it shouldve been about $150 for dryer vent cleaning. We were charged $300tech said very dirty and fire hazardso we were scammed. Cleaning lasted 15 minutes. We shouldve known better. I asked tech what kind of training is needed for his line of work. He evaded my question. Then I asked him for his card. He evaded. Does he have a website. No. Working on it. What kind of license. He mentioned handyman license and evaded questions. The ****************** is not certified or licensed and I will be reporting them to the board that cracks down on this c*** in *******

  Oh my god. I was completely scammed. I called for the $79.00 dryer vent cleaning service. The tech showed up. Said he would look at the vent and give me a quote. He went outside took some Photos and came back telling me that my dryer vent was the worst he has seen, a fire hazard, basically put the fear into me. Then said it would be $515.00 to do the service. I panicked and agreed. Then before doing anything he had be pay via zelle, a red flag. After he did that he spent no more than 15 minutes cleaning the vent. 15 minutes!!! I realized it was a scam. Its absolutely horrendous how these people do this to homeowners. I am filing a claim with small claims court.

  Should have looked here first, I just had the same experience as the review below mine. They quoted me $99 for cleaning and inspection on the phone. Then when the technician came out tried to tell me, it would be between 250 and 400 for the cleaning, that no one was going up on ******* for $100. The $99 was for the inspection only. When I told him he could leave, he tried to charge me just for showing up at my house and telling me the pricing was going to be different. This company is a scam. ********************* or your time.

  First of all don't even think of calling these guys! They're complete scam! They destroyed my living room area! ...... Bottom line i had to call the police to get them out of my house! Do yourself a favor, Check the reviews before thinking of hiring these idiots! It cost me $2300. to clean the mess they made, including having to throw away my new couch and rug. When I called the office to request COI ( certification of insurance) they gave me the run around.... The address that shows up in there website '******************************************' doesn't exist!
