  Same story. Was quoted much cheaper. Couch and loveseat "cleaned"..$250..done in 20 min. Broke a glass picture frame. Did not vacuum under cushions. Or clean back or sides. Awful!..They are ignoring my calls emails photos. What do I do?

  Total scam - treatment of mold for $3100, 20 minutes to spray basement - claimed very expensive anti-microbial spray.Person who did the work was lovely guy, seemed to know it was a scam. Should have sent them packing immediately.

  I was quoted a " special" price of $230 for ducts and dryer vent. I was given a window of 2 hours. They were an hour late and showed up in a dented minivan with no markings. He informed me that his equipment was portable. He was there 10 minutes and tried to update me to $500. When I him to leave he asked if could take pictures to prove he'd been here. I made him leave. Terrible everything. Avoid at all costs.

  Absollute scam. My chimney has been cleaned by several companies. These guys say $99 then arrive and quote $400 because the chimney is dirty. No kidding, that's why I wanted it cleaned.

  Prepare to pay more than you were quoted!So one thing that I will say about the service is that the person who showed up (***) was extremely personable and nice.Now for the review:When I was called by the service after my online inquiry, I was quoted a price for the (3) items that we wanted to have cleaned. $29 for each chair and $79 for the couch. Roughly $140 to clean all three. When *** arrived he explained the service and the different levels (which was not explained during the initial phone call). You soon realize that you are not going to pay what was quoted, and because they have now explained the levels of service and are standing in your house, you need to make a decision. But if you want to get something clean you wont be paying the price you were quoted, you'll be paying more if you want to get something clean. The next level of service (which adds soap) doubles the price. Shouldn't every cleaning experience include soap? He was in and out in 30 minutes and although the couch came out fine (didnt need a lot of cleaning to begin with) but the two chairs still had some dog hair on them and were marginally better than before he came. So in the end we paid $280 (not the $140 that was quoted) and walked away with a mediocre cleaning job that I probably could have done myself had I just bought my own steam cleaner.I wont recommend this service.

  I had the same issue on the phone 3 rooms $99 , but was a lie , what should have been $500 Was $1000, then since. Rugs were never shampooed another $300 When they come it is supposed to be itemized ,Run from these people its scam and I am filing with the attorney generals office , and BBB which they are not part of Do your homework these people are rip offs

  They quoted me a price that was 50% less than the actual charge of over $700 to clean my carpets. The tech took pictures and supposedly sent them to his manager and gave me a higher price. How does this change the price for carpet cleaning. Just standard cheap carpet that comes in new homes, nothing special. Anyway an additional charge because he had to take his tank up to my 3rd level. Who does this? ***************************** never did this. And if they were gonna do this, it should be explained prior to booking the appt so customer is aware in advance. So many red flags! Also had to pay upfront before starting the job with CashApp or Zelle. I will never use this company ever again! Tried to call and speak to a manager and it turns out, the manager is the tech so I didn't get anywhere. I'll just use this as a learning experience and now I will purchase my own shampooer and clean my carpets myself. Tired of companies taking advantage and scamming!I wish I had read all these reviews prior to booking my appointment. I just hope others read this and use another company. They are a SCAM!!!

  Company is a joke. They are horrible at what they do and dont stand behind any of there work. Stay away
