    I am writing to file a complaint against Capital Credit Consulting and its owner, ******* ********, for the poor service and lack of communication regarding my credit repair. On July 3, I paid $500 with the understanding that letters would be sent the same day, but they were not sent until July 12. The portal provided to track my progress has not been updated since July 12, and despite reaching out monthly for updates, I was met with vague responses from *******, who would rarely answer me and repeatedly promised the portal would be updated soon, which never happened. I have seen no improvements in my credit, and now that I am canceling the service, ******* is blaming me for the lack of progress, citing inquiries I did not add. The entire process has been marked by poor customer service, with no updates or accountability, leaving me $500 out of pocket and with no results.

    Hello ******,

    We apologize for your experience with us but want to explain in further what is going on. You signed up for a monthly service to have your letters sent to the credit bureaus on your behalf. Attached above is all of your letters going out monthly so services were 100% delivered. 

    You had over 40 negative accounts in dispute as stated this is not an overnight thing and files can take longer than others. During the program you added countless inquiries and other late payments which caused the delay in your file. And yes that is not our fault as we do not add inquiries or late payments to your file that is completely your responsibility as stated in the contract when you started the program.

    please see the attached picture as well showing 24 hard inquiries that were added.

    If there was communication issues it was because you were not using your client portal as instructed when you joined the program

    This company is untrustworthy and unprofessional. They do not respond to inquiries, fail to follow up on work, and have done absolutely nothing on my file. Despite repeated attempts to get updates, I received no communication, and my credit situation has only worsened. ***** this company at all costs if you want to protect your credit!

    Hello, We apologize for the delay in responding to this complaint. This client has been with us for a while now and we have deleted well over 30+ negative accounts for her. Every month she is adding new collections / charge offs to her report and is not following the instructions or the contract provided to her when she enrolled with us. I have tried reaching out multiple times to give a partial refund and have not heard back from the client.

    Paid the owner of capital credit consulting more than $500 to repair my credit. Found out weeks later my disputes were never sent out and all I got was a its a mistakeI never received any emails of my credit disputes being sent out, I have a client portal where it shows 0 items have been disputed and all I keep getting is the run around that they have many customers and that my dispute letters were sent out and I have no proof of such allegations.

    Hello, We apologize for the delayed response on this complaint. This client enrolled with us and as a mistake on our end, an employee who previously was working for us missed his file. This was unacceptable on our end & we fully refunded this client and fired the employee who missed this. We apologize for the inconvenience and wish you the best of luck in the future!
