    Servpro did work in the unit above mine without proper coverage which resulted in a huge downfall of debris, dirt, nails, rocks, floor tiles and damage pouring into my two bathrooms. When I called to request compensation for cleaning I was told it wasn't their problem because I was not their customer.They put me at risk breathing in toxic materials and refused to recognize the issue.I am also concerned they are doing some kind of insurance fraud with the time they are taking working upstairs. It has taken significantly longer than water repairs took with my own company in my unit from a building wide problem. ****** is the person I spoke with and he was really inappropriate in my ask for remediation for damage his team caused.My request is for $500 - deep cleaning charge (debris everywhere including hard to reach areas behind washer, dryer, going down into sealant of vanity, behind toilet, in shower, I need to have my vanity resealed and there was damage to the vanity that needs to be repaired.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.

     

    also they have not been using permits for their work and I feel very unsafe about the materials they pushed down into my apartment from their demo as there is no permit or safety behind this work. my bathrooms have an unsafe odor from this material and its been harder to breathe.
