      have resided in this property for 12 years, and regrettably, I cannot find any positive remarks about my experience. This place, which was never stellar, has steadily declined over the years, transforming into an environment that fosters unhappiness and poses a threat to one's mental well-being.One of the major drawbacks is the absence of assigned parking, leading to daily neighbor disputes and an undeniable lack of order. The cacophony of noise is incessantcars scraping against each other, disruptive arguments, blaring horns, and the intrusive revving of motorcycles within the property. This continuous disturbance becomes a breeding ground for stress and discomfort.The social climate has also taken a downturn, with an increasing number of narcissistic individuals moving in. The lack of community ******* is palpable, exacerbated by inconsiderate neighbors who block driveways with their visitors. This not only hinders your daily life but also reflects the deteriorating sense of courtesy within the community.One of the most distressing issues is the prevalence of drug use on the premises. The smell of drugs permeates the air, making it an unsuitable environment for families or anyone who values a safe and clean living space. It is disheartening that despite these glaring issues, the landlord seems more concerned with collecting rent than addressing the serious problems plaguing the community.In summary, the constant police presence, involvement of detectives, and reports of harassment are clear indicators that this property is far from being a secure and comfortable place to live. For those seeking a peaceful and safe living environment, exploring alternative housing options is strongly recommended.
