      On the evening of March 3, 2025, I completed a request for health insurance information. I wanted email communication only, but could not submit the form without including my telephone number. I received 15 calls in the next 12 hours from sales people for this company. On the afternoon of March 4, I requested that **** (he would not give his last name) remove me from the call list. I felt harassed and just wanted to be done with this company. Less than half an hour later, Ruby called. She hung up on me almost immediately when I explained that I had already asked to be taken off the call list. I assumed I would not be taken off the call list, so I called the caller ID number and Ruby answered. I requested the name an number of a supervisor. **** stated that she did not have one. I continued to request a supervisor name and number. **** stated that in order to remove my name from the call list, she needed my account number. I tried to explain that I only requested info- I did not have an account. She replied that she had to have an account number to give me supervisor name. She must have connected me with a supervisor, because someone else began requesting current insurance info from me. I told them it was none of their business at that point- I just wanted to be done with them and no longer wanted ANY info from their company. They are harassing people and are very intimidating!
