      Santander Bank is in clear violation of my consumer rights. Santander Bank is furnishing information (Accounts # ************... and account # **************************** without my consent to the consumer reporting agencies TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian Pursuant to 15 USC ****. I have spoken to ****** from Santander Bank executive office about above accounts. Representative ****** stated he was having trouble identifying and finding accounts # ************... and account # ************... related to me. ********************** is furnishing my nonpublic personal information associated with these accounts to the consumer reporting agencies. Santander Bank infringe on my right to privacy by furnishing my information to an non-affiliated third-party TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian. Santander Bank has an obligation to respect the consumer privacy and confidentiality of my nonpublic personal information. Santander Bank clearly violated that by making my information public, furnishing it to the consumer reporting agencies, and violating ********************************** Act. Santander Bank does not have any and all the required clear and conspicuous disclosures with my signature giving them permission to disclose my information. Also violating 15 USC **** and 18 USC ****. (See ATTACHMENT FTC AFFIDAVIT REPORT # *********). Santander Bank is furnishing inaccurate information, the above account was Charged Off and a ****-C was filed. As clearly defined by the *** a charged off is Gross or Ordinary income. INCOME DOES NOT GET REPORTED ON THE CONSUMER REPORT. The reporting of these accounts as a debt is inaccurate. Violates 15 USC 1681s-2. I have put Santander Bank on NOTICE by filing a AFFIDAVIT of Truth, FTC Report AFFIDAVIT; and by Santander Bank furnishing this information after receiving my NOTICE constitutes Willful Noncompliance Pursuant to 15 USC 1681n $1,000 for every violation.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. Santander Bank has not correct the unlawful actions. The violation is still be reported to my consumer report with TransUnion, Equifax, Experian, and Innovis. The two accounts # ************... and the other account #****************************************************** is furnishing violated my rights to privacy.

      On 8/14/2023 3:19pm eastern I received a text message inquiring about a transaction in the amount of $49.83 on my debit card ending ****. On 8/14/2023 there were ****************** my pending transactions for various amounts all $49.**. Totaling $597.70. The transactions appear in my Santander account as Mobile - Pp************************************ / ** ** Card Purchase. We (my mother called on my behalf) immediately had my card cancelled and submitted these transactions as fraud.My mom called the bank on 8/23/23 to check the status and they informed her my fraud claim was rejected and a letter was probably in the mail.She stayed on hold with the bank on my behalf for several hours and was informed the claim was rejected.1. I certainly did not make 12 rapid mobile transactions to this person. I dont even know how to make an apple wallet transaction in succession at that rate.2. Upon my own research I cannot find any information on this recipient business let alone a Georgesvill ************ city.3. We tested what it took to add a Santander debit card to apple wallet and the notifications it produced, I then went back through my text messages and emails to discover the following:A. On 8/11/23 10:22am 2 *** messages were received from Santander with a one time activation code. Both *** messages contained the same code.B. On 8/11/23 10:22am 1 email was received from Santander that said You have successfully added your Santander Card to Apple Pay4. I did not authorize any such addition to Apple and I never did do anything with the onetime activation codes. Matter of fact I had deleted the *** messages assuming these were scams. I was able to retrieve them from my deleted messages folder.5. My parents contacted our cell phone provider (********) to find out if there were any changes to my mobile number or any devices activated under my mobile number. ******** informed them no changes were done to our account for the month of August 2023.

      My daughter's vehicle is financed with Santander. The vehicle is in both mine and my daughter's names. Every payment that is made, Santander is not applying the payment to the balance as they should be; they keep showing multiple payments past due, and sending this false information to the credit bureau. I have the statements where each payment is made, yet Santander sent me a statement indicating that the jeep payment is 3 payments behind. They are NOT processing the payments that are being made on this loan. They are AWFUL and their customer service is horrible!

      Santander Bank is violating the laws of Nepotism in the of ************. Santander employs a mother and daughter who work in the same department. ********************* is a manager and hired her daughter *******************. They left our the daughters last name. Both work directly with one another and influence pay, grading systems, and influence measurements that employees are bonuses dependent on. Santander is violating Nepotism laws. I have documents to prove this.

      On May 25th, 2023 I was granted an award from the ************** ************************* (*** HAF) in the amount of $10,689.06. They send in these monies to my mortgage provider Santander Bank on 5/26/23. I was told it was sent in as an ACH. Santander bank has admitted that they see that I was approved for this program from *** but they have not applied the funds to my account and I have been paying my mortgage for the past 2 months when that could have been avoided. They claim the funds came in as a lumpsum to the bank and its taking them some time to distributed it to the right accounts and apply it accordingly.I have been calling almost every week to the Santander litigation department and they keep saying the same thing that they will expedite it and try to have it resolved asap. They don't connect me to the department directly that deal with these *** HAF awards.This amount should cover 3 months of my mortgage and that would have been a big help.my # is ************ if you have any questions Application ID: ******** (for *** HAF program)

      actually i have heard from the business, Santander bank in my case, but so far they just reached out to introduce themselves and find out more about the case. The representative called me from the executive office and said he will do further research and find out what happened in this case and get back to me. This was a week ago, and i haven't heard back from him since. So basically, the issue has still not been resolved as of yet.

      Due to an unauthorized charge of $5.31 per month on my Santander credit card (*******************), I reported the card as lost/stolen to Santander on January 3, 2023 and also paid off all remaining balances. Santander agreed to close the card and refund me any unauthorized charges and fines.However, as of August 2023, Santander is still calling, texting and emailing me for unauthorized payments. I have spoken to Santander several times on January 3, 2023, June 19, 2023, July 5, 2023 to dispute the charges and ask them to permanently close the credit card account. Every time, ******************** agreed to do this, however, they never seem to do it!This is a call to stop their irresponsible business practices and harassment. Santander can be reached at ************** for this matter. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

      Have a loan with the bank, attempted to pay more than the payment due and made a 602 dollar payment on 07/11/23. monthly payment was due on 07/12/23. The bank applied my entire payment to prinicipal and reported that I was past due on my monthly payment. Called to have it fixed was told my account was noted that this was my monthly payment. received a statement in the mail august first showing I had a past due balance, called the bank again an explained I did not have past due balance as I made a payment on 07/11/23 and had already called once about this problem. Logged on today, 08/04/23, to make this months payment only to see that I was allowed unless I paid the past due amount and saw that I was additionally charged fees related to having a past due balance of $66 dollars. there should be no fee and no past due amount because I was never late on my payment, I paid on time 07/11/23 a day before the payment was due. I have called the bank now 3 times to correct this and they have failed to do so and have reported it to my credit incorrectly.

      I was scammed by my tenant, deposited checks into my account which made it negative and ******** my account extensively. I get direct deposit for my social security check each month on the first and I could not get my check today, I should not be liable and lose my disability benefits since I am scammed.
