      I have had put in a claim since September of *********************************************** March and not a single thing has been done for my claim. I've paid everything out of pocket so far. I have sent dozens of emails and called multiple times and I have yet to hear back. This company has screwed me over on three different claims I've put in. I mean seriously, when does this company hold themselves accountable? You have no problem to withdraw money from my account and then turn around when I need the services, I am ignored. This is absolutely the worse company. Put yourself in my situation, is this fair? I put a claim in in September 2024, it is February 2025 Please make some sense? I have no idea what else to do. My claims adjuster told me last Thursday she will call me back tomorrow, which would of been last Friday. I wish I could give a 0. After this claim, rest assured, I will never deal with you guys again. I been a customer for over 10 years.

      An absolute joke and scam of a company upon joining. I deliberately told the *** that I did not want to add any household members to my plan. Guess what -- they added them onto my plan 4 months later without notice. And also guess what, they've nearly tripled my insurance premium without ANY notification and also without ANY attempt to ***ay me. An absolute joke of a company and should be out of business. I've never had such a poor s*** show of a company with the utmost worst customer service ever. I even filed a complaint with the company and it was rejected so guess what.... I'm down $2K that I shouldn't even have f****** lost in the first place. F*** this place and f*** everyone that supports them. You ever wake up and you see $2.5K taken out of your bank and you can't do anything about it and the company that's supposed to take care of you says "we can't revert this"? This is it. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

      Worst company ever. Stay far away. I had my truck in the body shop for a claim. They were paying for the rental. Just suddenly stopped paying for rental and stiffed the body shop on the remaining balance of the bill. **** *****, ***** and ****** ********* were all handling the claim and totally dropped the ball. Enterprises is putting me on the no Rent list until it is squared away. This whole experience has been a nightmare. I will have to take legal action. This is unacceptable.

      Long story short, I was hit by one of your Insurers in Oct 24. He was at fault received a ticket and was stated on report. Liberty took responsibility after reviewing facts and reports. My truck was in the bodyshop for 4 Months. After miscommunication between Liberty and Body shop. Between changing adjusters and failing to respond to emails. Liberty just stopped paying for Rental and the remainder of the repairs for my truck. ********** has an outstanding bill in my name for $1200 that was left. I got my truck back and it still has issues. So now I am stuck and I dont think I should have to go through all of this when I was not at *****. I just wanted my truck fixed properly with no issues.

      Would give 0 stars if I could. They've refused to cover ice damage to my roof. They might cover the water damage it caused to my ceiling, but won't send an adjuster out until spring because they've deemed it unsafe for an adjuster to be on my roof since there's snow on the ground. I have no ceiling in my kitchen currently. It has fallen down. I have to live like this for several months or pay out of pocket to fix it. Use anyone else.

      Personally never been a fan of leaving reviews because I never care to. Only reason Im leaving this one is bc I know itll be read and as of now have no ties with this unfortunate company. As a former customer for over 2+ years of continuous paid money and service- the boss decided to cancel my insurance on yr 3 like a thief in the night. Because of 2 speeding tickets I collected a year prior. (I can laugh ab it now) Since those 2 speeding tickets, a 5mo period went by (and Christmas and New Year) A company that lacks empathy never thought to reach out and speak to their customer ab their account, concerns, experience, history etc. Not surprised in the lack of service and communication just unsettling you get away with it. We can say LM is strict sure I have my own opinions though. Just another insurance company around here.

      Less than one star!!!! They should not be doing business! Im in the process of figuring out a formal complaint, at the very least!!!! Will ******, was our claims adjuster. A tornado hit our house LAST MAY 2024! He was dishonest from our very first meeting. He lied to our faces about the steps and process. He never gave a straight honest answer, he made things very difficult. He did nothing in a timely manner. He ghosted many many texts and phone calls. He eventually stopped responding to called, emails and texts. The roofers completed our roof in one dayWill ******, ghosted us around Augusthe made ZERO response back to us. Three Stone Roofing still had an outstanding invoice as of yesterday!!!!! February 2025!!!! There is no excuse!!!!!!!Its not ok to have no point of contact on a claim!!!!! Weve paid close to $5,000.00 a year for our policy!!!!! He just decided it was ok. To never return calls, texts , or emails. We sold the house already, last October!! Will ****** is dishonest, lacks customer service, and is a downright sham!!!!!!The neighbors had Travelers,,,, their experience was the opposite of ours. They had top tier adjuster, great customer service, roof replacement and all subcontractors paid by JUNE 2024.

      Liberty Mutual is not a good insurance company. This company has refused to replace my roof. They want to do a quick cheap repair. Two trees fell on my home. The trees caused structural damage to my roof. Several different contractors have stated a quick repair will be temporary and will cause major problems later. Therefore no one wants to repair the roof. I have been informed by contractors that the roof is too damaged to be repaired, that it has to be replaced. I filed the claim in September 2024 and the roof is still damaged. I have never filed a homeowner claim. The roof was not damaged prior to the trees falling on the roof. I have never missed an insurance payment. Im warning everyone not to do business with Liberty Mutual. My house is the only one in the neighborhood not repaired. Beware of Liberty Mutual Insurance.

      My insurance was transferred from StateAuto to SafeCo through a company merger. They didn't notify me about the new policy in any way but instead doubled my premium and notified my mortgage bank. When I finally found out and called them, they had an address in my profile that was completely not mine. ****** should not be allowed to run a business because it lacks basic integrity and honesty.
