      I I canceled my policy on January 6, 2025 and they issue me a check and they said it will be here by 10 business days and nowthey had a first cancel the first check because they got my address wrong after I updated it to not go to my PO Box now I they sent a second check. They said it was gonna be here by Friday of last week so I gave him an extra day now they say I have to wait till another Friday to get my check if I dont get it Friday, have to resend a check out. This is getting so ridiculous. Do not go to liberty mutual for car insurance.

      They have been charging me $10,000. For a house that is only worth $150,000. I got a new policy from Progressive for the same amount of coverage for only $1700.

      This insurance company is not good. Our insurance on our home is being cancelled because they claim we have branches overhanging our roof and debris on our roof. They did an aerial shot of our house and determined it to be a risk. The picture they are using is an old photo obtainable on ****** earth. We have sent current pics showing no trees near our house and no debris on our roof. We had it cleaned last summer. Even still they are still refusing to renew our policy with out sending someone to look at it in person just going by an old internet photo. Weve never had a claim with them and always paid our bill. This is an unfair practice to us and they should be disciplined for accusing someone without checking into it in person. Totally unfair!!!!

      Worst Insurance company and will never ever take policy with Liberty. They increase price in-between with frivolous reasons and you all will be better off not going with Liberty as the initial amount is not the amount you will end up paying. They have Rightrac just to deny and increase your premium.

      Terrible company they almost doubled my rates last year on house insurance from $172 a month to $352 whos I gave them the benefit of the doubt and is somewhat understandable with the cost of material going up but they just raised it to $529 auto drafting out of my account without any knowledge to me along with changing my policy without me requesting it. Stay very far away from this scam of a company.

      Safeco Insurance of the Liberty Mutual Group did an outstanding job handling my recent auto claim. ****** took the initial information about the claim from me, and he helped me remain calm and focused by sympathizing with me, accurately paraphrasing my responses, asking clear questions, patiently waiting as I dealt with occasional distractions, and quickly providing me with a rental car and a towing service. ***** took the claim from ****** and was equally sympathetic and professional. ***** followed up about the details of the accident, kept us informed of the claim's progress, ensured I understood the action and reasons for the action that ****** was taking regarding my vehicle, issued payments promptly, and helped me retain my rental vehicle long enough to search for a replacement vehicle. At all times, the terms of my insurance contract were fully honored. No one ever tried to reduce the benefits guaranteed by the contract, and both ****** and ***** did an outstanding job making the claims process as easy as possible. Thank you!

      Is zero stars an option? These scumbags are price gouging. My homeowners insurance went up by 40% and their explanation was that "costs and risks have gone up". Thats it. Have costs and risks gone up by 40% in one year? no chance. Its just simple price gouging. Do not do business with liberty mutual

      They are the worst insurance company. They never cover a claim and if you file a claim they double your premium for the next year. I would never do business with this company.

      I have liberty mutual insurance in ********, and we had a severe accident on December *******. It is now February 5, 2025 and my claim is not resolved. They had us use an approved shop for the repairs, and they fixed the body work, however there was mechanical damage done by the accident as well. We reached the point where we were informed the car had to be valued to be "totaled", and then the next day we were informed it would be repaired. Neither *** dealer recommends the repairs liberty mutual is recommending, nor do we, and we have now lost faith in their ability to help. Also, trying to speak to a human being by chat, or by phone is EXTREMELY difficult. The bots will hang up on you, the online chat tool will start to say "sound like you need help, see help center" and it will frustrate you. If customer service is important to you, choose another insurance company. Even our claims **** is not available when we attempt to contact, and then we receive a call back several days later. Pick another company.
