      I was issued a refund and collections notice for the same exact policy of my father who has been deceased for over 1 year. When I called, the agent was extremely rude and sarcastic offering no help. The collection agenct had more ethics and professionalism to put it into perspective.I filed an official complain with my states insurance board.Being that they are trying to fraudulently collect money and I have to get the United States government involved to solve issues, I highly recommended staying as far away as possible.I honestly have more faith and trust in ************************* than I have in state auto insurance companies.

      I was mislead throughout my policy lease. I was due for a payment and come to find out that I was being charged for 3months in advance. This was not told to me when I was signing up for auto insurance. They wanted to charge me $750 dollars to give a free month.. the month is not free because you are making me pay up front. Liberty mutual is a scam and con the lower class out of their money. I had to let my policy cancel because I did not budge $750 dollars of car insurance. I budgeted my monthly amount which is over $300. This is unfair. Every month my payments are paid and without any issues. I thought liberty mutual was one of the best but I was wrong. The agent I spoke with today was nice but she was still confused as to why I was being billed 3months in advances. Its sad and they should be ashamed. I will be taking this to social media and posting every where! Cons and crooks!

      SAFECO Liberty Mutual is literally the worst insurance company I think in all of ***. I was a customer for 20 years, never had any accidents, until a few weeks ago until someone ran a redlight and hit me. Filed a claim, and SAFECO is completely silent...my "adjuster" isn't doing their job AT ALL, I am doing everything. I even had to pay for things THAT MY INSURANCE IS SUPPOSED TO COVER.....UM...isn't that illegal??? SO If you like throwing away your money to useless people SAFECO is for you.

      I have been a loyal Liberty Mutual customer for approximately 15 years. During that time I have received no traffic tickets and my driving record remained clean. About 1 year ago I was involved in a very minor parking lot accident where the total claim amount was approximately $600. Today I was told that Liberty Mutual was completely cancelling my policy due to this minor accident that happened 1 year ago. If this is the way Liberty Mutual is going to treat customers I will no longer do any business with them and I will never recommend them to anyone else.

      State auto is a joke of a insurance company. They told me I do not pay for roadside assistance when I do. I had to talk to different people to find out I have to pay for towing myself and then the company will reimburse me. What a joke. Also they took out my whole 6 month premium when I'm set for monthly payments. They only want to refund me for half of that amount. I still haven't gotten my refund either. It's been almost a week. I absolutely hate this company. I'm stuck with them for now. I pray I don't actually need them for anything else in the next few months because they are absolutely WORTHLESS. I CANNOT wait to get away from state auto. DO NOT USE STATE AUTO.

      Horrible customer service. I canceled my policies over a month ago and Im still being charged. They claim they have no record. They dont give their last name or employee Id number. I will never use them or recommend them.

      Worst auto insurance ever. They are undercutting auto body labor rates and expect me to pay the difference to repair my car. They are not my insurance but the guy that hit mes insurance.       The ratings says it all- This company has put my family and myself through a rough battlefield. two things are taking place and my lawyer states there is a major factor that discrimination has been done to us. My Family and I, decieded to select SafeCo as our Insurer, a few claims came up in the process- During that process, someone from safeco did not update the records correctly, to the point where I had another incident that took place on 8/4/2022, I noticed a dent and crack on my hood and grille of my Mercades Benz s550- Immediately, they assigned ********************* *** Investigator Special Investigations Unit ------------ to follow up, I asked myself, this company is accusing me of or suspecting something suspicious, when in reality I am a Law Abiding Citizen, that follows the rules, and pays my taxes- to be treated like a fraud, and not to mention cancel my policy in the midst of the process. I am going to be filing a lawsuit against SafeCo and its affitlates for $1,000,000.00 Dollars- No customer should ever feel discriminated against, let alone looked at as a criminal.

      If I could give zero stars for liberty mutual, I would. Ive had liberty mutual for 2 years. I received a letter the other day saying I was being cancelled for towing and labor. In the year of 2022, we had a tire blow out in the interstate and in another occasion I got a large bolt in my tire which caused it to go flat. I used the roadside assistance (which I pay for) to have them come change the tires with tires I already had. There was no towing involved. I pay in time each month and have it automatically deducted from my account. I also have no claims. And they refuse to help me. Liberty mutual is a crock of s***
