      I carried this auto coverage for years and with no accidents or violations my premium went up every time for one reason or another outside of my control total scam

      My husband was in an accident on 7/30. He was found not at fault, so we went through the at-fault partys insurance - which is unfortunately Liberty Mutual. The tow truck took the car to a really shady/horribly reviewed Autobody shop. I asked for our car to be moved out to a better and more reputable Autobody shop - this took 2 weeks to happen! Then the Autobody shop our car was sent to waited another 2 weeks for an adjuster to tell them the car is totaled - we are supposed to have gotten our pay out for our car, but this has yet to happen bc the Autobody shop and LM cant agree on what the Autobody shop should be paid for storage and the labor they put in trying to repair the car before finding out it was a total loss. We didnt want our car to be a totally loss, we dont want to have to buy another car right now! But this was LMs decision! We cannot buy a new car without this money and are being held hostage bc of this situation. We are being bullied by the agents we are dealing with, all of who have been horrible to have to deal with, and impossible to get in touch with in a timely fashion! I do not know how this company is still in business! Not to mention my husband was injured in this accident - happy We hired an injury lawyer for that portion! Wouldnt have had to do that if we had a better experience with the car portion of this claim! But its clear they are a horrible company and fighting for medical bills to be covered on our own, would be impossible!

      Insurance companies are supposed to be there to protect you. As a first time home owner, I had no direction or provided information to go on. I filed a claim because there was damage to my roof in March 2020. They denied it saying it was pre existing and not need even though what prompted me was finding pieces of roof in my back yard. Just pieces of shingles not serious. Since I was a first time home owner though they had best interest at heart. Fast forward to July 4 when there was a major storm(the wind ripped out my neighbors tree) I took pictures of the neighborhood. But it also blew off my half my roof! Not just the shingles the lining too so when it rained it it all came into my attic and down the wall through my light fixtures. It has destroyed appliances, electronics, HVAC, floors, Furniture, and electricity. I got PA because the damage was so bad! My roof ended ** in my back yard. I had a scheduled a time the field adjuster and PA to come look at my house. 2 weeks after the incident. Field adjuster could not make it due to car trouble. Then had to wait additional 2 weeks. Came took pictures of everything. Then waitedand waited still thinking it is insurance they are here to protect you be patient meanwhile mold growing, every time it rained it would end ** in the attic. Causing more damages and leaks. Come to find out on sept.12 they are denying my claim due to existing conditions. Well existing conditions my house habitable now it is not! Sept 13 I was awoken around 2 am to the ceiling of my family coming down. That when I realized this insurance company is not out to protect you it is out for itself and only themselves. So now I have to fight to save my house and make it habitable again. Whenever I ask for a manager they transfer me to a voicemail and they dont call back in a timely manner.

      As some others have said before me, this company is RIDICULOUS when it comes to communication and claim resolution. Ive had 2 claims sent to them since 7/24/22 with no contact from ANYONE at Liberty Mutual. Even after I find an appropriate phone number and leave a message where the recording says, "I will get back to you within 1-2 business days", no one calls back to rectify the situation.If I could give this company zero stars I would!!! Terrible customer service

      Have had coverage on all my vehicles for awhile with them.. I had a small fender ****** IN MY YARD.. I backed into my grandson's car.. ( they paid out) $400.... ( this was in june 2021).. now in sept of 2022 over a year later.. they decide not to renew my policy over this.. WHAT A DIRTY TACTIC to take the money and run.******

      ***** and ****** were entirely unhelpful, and somehow wanted me to pay an extra grand to start my policy on a date which I should have already started if they didnt mess it up. Terrible.

      I have been trying to get my car insurance claim resolved for over a month and its been 3 weeks since the car was deemed a total loss. It took 2 weeks and almost daily emails and calls for me to get someone to admit the package I sent them was lost and that I needed to order a new title. And it has now taken a week for me to even get someone to respond about generating a new shipping label so I can send them the newly ordered title. Not to mention that I never got an answer about how I can get the reduced rate on a rental car once we had returned the first rental. We didnt need a rental every day but there were instances where we could have used the rental over the past month on weekends. So frustrating. Worst customer service ever.

      Worst insurance company that exists. At least 2 weeks to even look at assess damage to your vehicle. Expect at least 2 more weeks or so to pay out. They will do whatever it takes to pay you the leash amount of money possible. Within a month or so the whole process may or may not be completed. Do not use them at any cost.

      They went up on my premium and I changed my car insurance, took forever to get someone to cancel my policy, I have paid them with auto pay but when I canceled the woman told me I owed 92 dollars, my bill was not due for another day but she insisted that I owe for a week which is untrue, will never use these people again.

      I did not know they had a cancellation charge, the woman on the phone said the ***** charge was from a week I owe not from a cancellation fee, I had this account on auto pay, why would my account be behind anyway? Listen to the taped conversation if you need anymore info...thanks

      Its been couple days trying get in touch with them , they send me to collection with no proof on contract, 3 party involved , no notices, no information on my own policy, no paper work i sign , they pretend or alleged that owe them $2,400, workers com and general, never sign anything my counter draw me , i will get more deep in to my issues, not recommend this c*** of insurance, all reviews are just demands, complaints and bad experiences
