    Misleading practice, very shady business. Product description for a luxury item stated it can be returned within 21 days, sole reason I even purchased. I wasn't satisfied with the item upon receiving it, same day I contacted the Rue La La support and was told the item was "final sale" and wasn't eligible for return. Buyer beware. Do not give your money to this shady business!

    Many complaints about purchases, items, returns, now I understand why no long ago I returned shoes I bought, and they never gave me credit for those shoes, their excuse was, they received only one shoe,the other was missing, my ? But how? it was kind of ridiculous to me, bottom line, I lost my money, no credit at all.

    Over a month ago, I received the wrong shoe size in my order. I immediately submitted a credit ticket and attempted to contact your team, but have received no response no confirmation email, no updates, nothing.This level of customer service is unacceptable. I expect prompt action to either send the correct item or issue a full refund.

    I ordered some Birkenstocks which were really not all that discounted but I had some points so my shipping was covered. Turns out the shoes that were sent to me were the narrow. Birkies have 2 widths-narrow and regular/wide. I need regular/wide. There was nothing on the description page that these shoes were narrow. I contacted customer service several times detailing my issue and that they should pay for return shipping. Not my error! They never addressed the issue. I sent the shoes back and paid the $11.99 shipping. They only give you 21 days to return items. No way was I going to order something off of this horrible site. If you are tempted, just don't do it! They are not an honest company. Look them up. They have already had a lawsuit filed against them for fraudulent practices regarding their gift cards.

    Sent me the wrong luggage and then told me they could not send me the right item. Horrible customer service and can't do the simplest task of sending the right items. I have the choice of keeping the wrong items for a 5% discount, which is nothing. If I was you I would avoid this company at all costs, there is a reason their items are cheap. Just look at the countless other 1 star reviews.

    t's been numerous of years ago since I experienced a delivery issue, but I never thought it would come down to my account being flagged and blocked through Loss Prevention like I'm a thief.I recently started utilizing my own address, only to be told I can't use my own home address because of an issue many years ago.I feel like my reputation is being tarnished disrespectfully without cause.I don't know what to do ??

    I cannot get an accounting of my returns or credits. I spoke to Concierge and they dont do this!!! Where are my credited returns????I have spoken with many of the Concierge employees and a Supervisor ******. ****** assured me he would get back to me. NOTHING! Called again and was told he was in a meeting and would get back to me.This is outrageous. ******** business practices!

    Worst site to buy .Stay away from this site for you not to stress. Everything said reviews of this site is true. I dont understand why BBB gave them A+ rating which gives them a bad reputation.Now I am questioning the credibility of BBB from the ratings they giving to businesses that doesnt deserve a A+ rating.

    I had two orders sent not to my preferred address. Somehow their system picked up my old address after multiple orders arriving correctly to my new address. They blamed it on the address on my credit card. But if that would have been the case it would have arrived at my mother's residence in *******. The first time it happened I simply took it as a disappointing LOSS. Now it happened again. And they send it in such a cheap way that Fed Ex will not allow me to reroute it. Awful customer service. They make an error and don't care. Have the audacity to blame the customer. Where they can see in their system my correct preferred address and that it is not the address, they mailed it to. Don't lose your money by buying from this website.
