    I had a shockingly terrible experience at a place that is supposed to be sweet and fun. I arrived for a 9pm appointment at 9:05pm. I attempted to call to let the studio know I would be a few minutes late, but no one answered the phone. When I arrived, I was informed that I could not keep my appointment as the girl working alone in the store was underage and would need to leave at 9:30. This in itself is a violation of child labor laws. Because the sole employee was a minor and did not know how to answer my questions, she called the owner who proceeded to berate my friend and I for a arriving a few minutes late, even though we could have booked an even later appointment. The last appointment on the booking platform began at 9:30pm. The owner refused a refund and blamed us for not knowing that the studio does not pour paint after 9pm despite offering 9:30pm appointments. Since that evening, the owner has reached to to my friend via text to harass her for filing a BBB complaint, including calling her names. Do not go here if you value your time, money, or privacy. The owner is predatory and should not be running a business of any kind.

    Lack of price transparency and pyo mug cost $90. **************** is pushy and ick. Now I see all the reviews and I wish I hadnt fallen for this seeming scam!
