    A man came to my section 8 apartment, he said he would save me money by collecting my information and submitting it to some solar farm in my area. They've charged me over $50.!! without telling me they would be collecting my money! They are impossible to get ahold of and I am furious! I am a single mother and this is LITERAL ROBBERY!

    You cancel and they just keep charging for 6 months even though you are paying CMP with Standard offer at full cost, as well. Thieves, they are.

    Ampion, I am begging you to please cancel my subscription before it actually starts. You had a representative come to my house Friday acting as if they were Dominion Energy offering credits because tenants here have been over paying. She signed something for me and said we were ********** household when we are not. My husband is in the military and Im pregnant. I feel taken advantage of and I need you to correct the situation. I do not want another bill from you guys and I dont want my dominion bill to change. Please do what is right and cancel this

    They don't tell the whole truth about the contract. They tell you that you get a credit every month and that they will not take money out of your bank account but they do the credit they give is only like 10 bucks and they charge you like $70.if you signed the contract you have to give 180 day notice and they will keep charging you until that $180 days is up.

    They charged my account and I dont even have an account with them. I never signed up for their solar farm. They are a bunch of scammers stealing folks money

    signed up for this on May 2024 and never seen anything for 4 months so canceled on Oct 8th 2024 because I didn't want my bank information linked to something that wasn't showing any information change at all on their website and giving no information update there or by email even. So figured all was well until mid February 2025 when i received a bill??? First how? I cancelled in October 2024. Second I assumed it had to be a mistake until i received a second email saying it was a reminder and to avoid a larger bill to pay it before March 3rd. I did in fact pay it, then sent another request to cancel it because i could not find a working number for them that would have someone answer or call back as said. I have screenshots and confirmations of both cancellations and yet they have now auto-paid themselves another months payment today for a bill that isn't even suppose to be due until March 31st. Autopay without consent?? This company should not be up and running. I have tried twice today to call and get ahold of them, recording the message of the phone call and attempts. I will definitely spread the word of this companies incompetence and lack of customer support. My bank is the next stop, I hope the 2 months is worth the bad reputation your acquiring from all the people your ripping off.

    Business refuses to honor user agreement. They will not remove my payment info from auto pay and it has been impossible to contact a live person. They never honored the promise of a $100 gift card. As such, we decided to cancel all together which has been difficult as there is no one to cancel the subscription. Considering this is our first bill, it does not look good for this business. Steer clear of this company, it is not as promised and feels incredibly mismanaged...

    Our data details that you reached out by phone and email between 2/1- 2/3 requesting to cancel. A response was provided on 2/3 and cancellation was initiated. No additional invoices or charges have occurred since. Your enrollment history confirmed your subscription was not eligible for a gift card.

    Felt pressured into obtaining a solar credit discount from an associate working for ****************. Signed a document and created an account with ********************** but then realized that this was too good to be true. Haven't been able to get a response to cancel my 'service' with them.

    The cancellation request was submitted on Saturday, 11/23/24 outside of business hours. On Monday morning, 11/25/24 your cancellation request was responded to by email and your enrollment was ended and confirmed to be.

    Their process to move your service to a new address is atrocious. Very little effort and insufficient resources on their website to help. Everything is more or less, send us an email. And their solutions are often not real resolutions. Immensely disappointed. Will be seeking a different solar partner.
