    ***,t fall for the lies! The sales rep made it sound like you were to be saving, but in reality the payment doubles. The last bill I received was for ******. In all my years I have never had to pay that amount for electricity,!,,

    Is Ampion still in business? I signed up early 2022 and have heard nothing since mid-February. Won't answer emails, can't even leave a message when I call, it just rings and rings. Does anyone know? The community solar I signed up for was supposed to go online this month (October).

    Happy to report Ampion is in business, thanks for the inquiry. Due to high volume after first of the month billing we may have missed your call but welcome voicemails being left for call back or sending an email through to ******************************** To share, our contact number is ************. We do ask to allow for up to 3 business days for a response. In our research you did receive our August newsletter and had responded off that communication inquiring on 9/27 regarding the status of your account. That afternoon an Ampion representative responded with the following update, this site is having construction and interconnection delays. It is now anticipated the site to go online mid November this year. Once activation is confirmed, we will send email notification on when to expect activity on your utility bills. We appreciate your business and look forward to contacting you as more updates are received for your account.

    I was silently dropped from ampion because after signing up I had almost a 2 month period without a payment due to rough times. However, at the exact time I was dropped I was fully paid up and had a credit.. still dropped without notice of any kind. (After setting up autopay & being paid in full for 2 months) My electric company told me there was a note added that stated I opted out of this service, I never did. I only share this because it truly shows the character of the people running this, and apparently if u go through hard times and are over a month behind they drop you without notice... be advised. Ampion- Be professional, courteous and upfront to paying customers! If you want a good name, stop with these types of buisness practices, and please train your customer service representatives with basic respect for humans. Your ignorance is shining a little much for a newer company

    We appreciate your input and have reviewed your account history. In May Ampion honored pausing payment per your request as we do care and understand there are many circumstances our subscribers may encounter. Our practice is to keep payment paused if manual partial payments are being received. Mid-June an Ampion representative communicated that your autopay would be resumed for July and stated "If you can make a partial payment ahead of July, feel free to reach back out and request we pause your automatic payment for July." In our research we do not see any additional follow-up received from you. At the end of June when your account was reviewed for current status, payment was still outstanding and the next step of our policy is to begin the process to remove you as a subscriber. That was submitted on 6/30. Thank you for providing payment in July and August to have your account be fully paid.
