      Horrifying. The *** company failed to offer me a drop fee when I asked. They then charged me for storage. I said I would dispute the charge and they literally imprisoned me to try to force me to sign. They locked me in the tow yard and would not let me out until the police came.

      Hello 

      Due to having limited information, I am going based off what is in notation of this incident 

      Police, and trespassing towing are eligible to a drop fee depending on circumstances per situation. For the Street Sweeping contract no monies are allowed to be collected but there can be a release of a vehicle at no cost depending again on the circumstances of the incident. 

      When a customer refuses to sign for retrieval of there vehicle and the slip of payment type we do inform them that police presence is required for the simple reason of acknowledgment that said person is picking up the vehicle and has paid for it. While this goes on the gate will remain closed or blocked but the customer has free will to enter and exit as pleas until police arrives. 

      No reimbursement will be made for we have done nothing wrong

      Incident occurred on Jan 30th, 2025. My electric car, all-wheel-drive Tesla was IMPROPERLY towed by a towing truck hooked up to the rear wheels, as opposed putting it on a flatbed truck as required. If they're in the towing business, they have no idea that this puts extreme pressure on the motors and damages the car. I have video footage and evidence available, and will be filing with the court for damages.

      - At around 18:30 on October 22, 2024 I parked my vehicle in the ****************************************************** parking lot to eat at ******************. This parking lot is a large plaza parking lot for many different facilities. ******* towed my vehicle 45 minutes later despite there being no clear signage that indicated this parking spot was tresspasing. - When I discovered through the police my vehicle had been towed I attempted to call D&G to figure out how to get the vehicle but they were not helpful. - When I finally found the lot with my car in it, I could not find anyone to let me. - When I finally found an employee and asked why my vehicle has been stolen by them, he could not speak english and called three large men to come intimidate me for money. - These men demanded I pay them $170.00 in cash in order to get my vehicle back. - When I asked why it had been towed they told me I was parked in the plaza for too long. - However, they towed it at 19:15, 45 minutes after I parked there. - In order to tow you must provide adequate signage to notify the driver and let them know the parking spots are not for everyone. - This location only had one small sign on a container in the middle of the parking lot that mentioned towing. - This sign did not mention what spots you would be towed if you parked in. - There was no sign about towing at the entrance to the facility (either ********* or another) as required.

      On August 19th, my car was illegally towed from an unmarked parking spot servicing customers visiting ********************* Zen and star market. I went to petco to pick up an order but had to pick a few rows away from the store. I was towed
