      The owners and employees of this place are inconsiderate, ignorant, and arrogant. They are charging illegal fees, they don't have actual business hours posted, and they don't provide any helpful information to people trying to get their cars. But then again, that's how they ******* more money. This place should be invesigated or shut down immediately. Total scumbags.

      Predatory towing company. Cash only business, doesnt give change. Disrespectful staff. Turned off the lot lights after receiving payment so I couldnt inspect my car. Criminal enterprise.

      Such a jerk towing company. It is a criminal organization! The city already ticketed the car for absurd reasonfootball game. The parking is two hour limit parking! The city and towing company are working like a gang. We were already on site with the car, but the driver still continued towing the car. The driver almost killed my kids. It is unbelievable! They deserve no star

      This company towed me for street cleaning after street cleaning ended for the day in Brighton. Street cleaning ended at 12:00pm and I was ticketed and towed at 12:10 pm. The ticket is easy to appeal but my van was held hostage until I paid $175 for being parked legally after street cleaning was over. So basically my van was stolen by them then held for ******. Girl in the office tried ripped my keys out of my hand to hold them hostage too. They forced to sign an illegal waiver after I had paid to release the vehicle. Looking for an attorney that will help with the situation.

      I informed employees that I was suffering an anxiety attack. They rolled their eyes and forced me to sit in a barbwire-lined cage for 15 minutes.*Lots of places online say they accept credit cards. But only if you lie and say you can't get cash. So, for being honest, they extort another $3.50 at their ATM.

      I feel honored to give them a new terrible review 2 years after this company screwed me over the first time (first review on ******** The first time, I had an engine failure which necessitated a tow. This time, my car was towed due to street cleaning. So I called to find the pick up address and determine the fee. They told me it was a $152 fee.When I showed up, I was told by a clerk that I had to pay in cash. Further, that the *** had a $3.50 service fee. Great!I took out $160, was charged the service fee, then counted my money in front of the clerk, hand it to them, and signed my receipt. When signing the receipt, I noticed the charge was $151.75 not $152. Because this was such a devilishly opportunistic operation, I asked for the quarter when the clerk only gave me $8 back. The clerk put on a smug smile and, like they had rehearsed it 100s of times before, picked up a cup of pennies, shook it in my face, and said they didn't have quarters.As I write this review, I am getting berated by a separate angry employee to leave the parking lot (which I have been in for no more than 5 minutes)
