      i placed an order online on December 12, 2024, #********* at 9am for overnight delivery upon checking on the status of my delivery it says still p***aring i paid for overnight delivery ***** i spoke to a *** who informed me that they was behind in orders, i ask why was i not notified of any delays or problems through email or phone ( text) was told give it to Monday. The item i ordered was a birthday gift for my nephew. i then expressed that i needed to speak to a supervisor, upon speaking to the supervisor was informed that my order will be delay in a rude way as customer i feel like i deserved better communication. i am very outrage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Converse not only stole from me but denied me the opportunity I cancel an order that was not even close to being shipped. They were so nasty to me, blamed me for each and every one of their problems. Told me in every possible that they refused to listen to me, they were taking my money no matter how wrong they were, and wouldnt allow me to speak with a higher representative. Converse was so horrible to me as paying customer. I was left hopeless, helpless and felt completely assaulted and destroyed by the company. I have more specific concerns and information Im just too upset and hurt by the hours of mistreatment and abusive company conduct. I am appalled that this company could get away at with what they did to me today. They are also not at all happy to help, hung up on me just because they didnt want to deal with it, I cant even describe all the details because Im still so sick to my stomach. They would not allow me to speak with someone in charge, promised me Id get a call back today and I didnt happen. Which I knew was going to be the case. Every single word I had to say was completely stepped all over like I was just trash.

      I purchase 2 pair of converse ***** ****** shoes for $40 a piece. A total of $80 from the corporate website on cyber Monday Dec 4, 2024. Confirmation number #*********. Within 3 days after my purchase converse *** contacted me letting me know they were cancelling my order with no explanation. They tell me I can go on their website and rebuy it for ***reased cost. Is this how the scam works? They advertise a great deal cyber Monday. Then you pay for the product only for them to cancel the great deal and have you buy it back for a higher price? I wont have a Christmas gift for my twins unless I pay the raised rate. This feels like a huge scam. Because they want to sell it to me at a higher rate today.

      On 12/3/24 I had the unpleasant encounter with CONVERSE chat line ***** P I was on an extended hold tried to cancel a custom order after 2 minutes of ordering, she claim she wasnt sure if order could be cancel directed me to reorder in the correct size said I could get the discount price when I tried to order at the discount price the system would not take the discounted price, when I asked for a supervisor she refused to allow the customer to speak to a supervisor and didnt even attempt to assist me. I Want the orginal order cancel and I want to be able to reorder in the correct size and the discounted price. Terrible customer service

      I ordered a pair of sneakers from Converse. Com yesterday (Thanksgiving). The order number is *********. I had received several emails from converse advertising the use of code cyberweek to save 50% on the order. When I tried it on Thanksgiving, I got an error message that my items were not eligible for code cyberweek. I placed the order and woke up this morning to an email that code cyberweek is now active. Nowhere in the original emails did it state that code cyberweek was not active until today. I immediately contacted converse, and they said that the would not cancel the order and I could not have the sale pricing. That said there was a narrow window to cancel the order. When was the window? I placed the order on Thanksgiving, and I got in touch with them as soon as they opened on Friday.

      My husband bought me 2 pairs of converse for my birthday ********* off the website, after wearing them TWICE the sides came apart. I have about 13 pairs of converse and this has never happened. I made a complaint with the website (with pictures ) they told me this just happens sometimes and didnt offer me a new pair, my money back or anything. I think this is absolutely horrible business practices!

      I bought my daughter custom Converse for a Christmas gift on 11-24-23. I noticed a small defect in the material on the side where a piece of fabric was raised in a little bubble, but didn't think much would come of it. She didn't wear the shoes in the winter because they are light pink and she didn't want to ruin them in the snow and mud of ****'s winter . In spring she began wearing the shoes. She wore them for less then 3 months when the bubble turned into a tear across the side of the shoe. I filed complaints to the company, sent several pictures of every ***** of the shoe, sent 6 emails, and talked to customer service on the phone to try to get a new pair of the same custom Converse sent to me. The lady on the phone gave me the run around, and they stopped responding to my emails when they stated they needed to do further investigation. I want to exact shoes that are not damaged.

      Someone got into my account with ******************** online and made an order. That order was attached to my ****** account. I ***led ******************** customer service the next day (they were closed the day the order was entered) Monday. I spoke to a customer service *** and they told me there was nothing they could do. The order was pending but their system does not allow them to cancel the order. I explained that this was someone else that ordered the item and they got into my account. I was told there is nothing they can do.I ***led back and spoke to another customer *** and es***ated to a manager. I was told there is no fraud department and nothing I can do other than notify my bank. I was told the item would ship in 4 to 7 days but they were unable to stop it in their system. I asked them to contact the where house manager, I asked for it to be es***ated another time. They took my phone number and said I would get a ***l back. I never got my *** and still am unable to cancel this order I did not make. My money has been taken out of my account. Im so upset no one was able to help me or stop this order that was placed online - Sunday and I ***led Monday morning when they opened.

      On 07/20/2024 l placed 2 orders with ************************ paid for those items however I never received it . Those is a bad business practice l worked hard for my money . This was supposed to have been a surprise, but that never happened and l need my refunds back. Mr. ************ lied and told me their firm will issue me a refund but that never happened. Please help. Thank you.
