      A pair of shoes was purchased from their website on January 12, ***** and they were delivered January 29th. The color was very off from what showed online so the shoes were returned and accepted by Converse with a supporting email stating this on Feb 5. I have not received a refund from them after 4 phone calls and the second phone call after asking questions I finally found out why. They charged me and other customers and "estimated tax" that ended up not being correct and for for this reason they cannot figure out how to credit people back. This is a huge cooperation and I find it very difficult to believe after now almost 2 months they still cannot figure out how to give me my refund back. I have suggested mailing me a check and I am told the finance people are working on it and of course there is no way to speak to these finance people. I have spoken to the supervisors and then they leave a message for whoever is above them. I received a voicemail from this next level up that simply said call me to speak about this matter. The phone number given is the same as the base level and when I called that again today of course I cannot speak with the person that left the voicemail there has to be a message sent to them and I have to wait for a call back that will again either happen today or tomorrow. Why not leave a message with what you are doing about this. Did I mention no one from Converse ever reached out to me to tell me this was even an issue? I realized 2 weeks after the refund should have happened that there was no refund on my credit card so I called. This is illegal on so many levels. I still have no time frame of if and when I will get my money back. They just tell me they are working on it.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  However an incorrect credit has shown up on my charge card.  I was billed $91.80 for the item and was credited $85.00.  I had called them multiple times to ask where my credit was before taking this to the BBB and they told me they had a glitch in their system that the estimated tax was not the same as the correct tax.  So I guess the final answer was to just give me a random credit. Very frustrating as they kept $6.80

      I am not liable for this debt with Conserve, the account is showing a balance of $5945.00 i do not have a contract with Conserve, they did not provide me with the original contract as i requested.

      We bought a pair of shoes from converse on 09/19/23 order # *********. On 2/3/24 we submitted a claim for a warranty defect and included photos, using reference code # ********. see photos 7562 & 7563. On 2/5/24 we received an email that the claim had been denied [ ref:!00D1N02a2qX.!500PY05d4Yk:ref ], even though the photo clearly shows a manufacturer defect. A 3rd photo (7833) was taken on 3/3/24 showing the growth of the manufacturer defect, showing that the shoes are now unusable. The Converse company is avoiding responsibility in honoring our clearly valid warranty claim.

      October 29 2023 I ordered a pair of converse star player ******** in antique white with black ******* and star accents. Loved the shoes until I got caught in a downpour rainstorm and they got wet. Well the black dye from the leather ran into the white part around it and got worse as it dried. The glue holding the soles and other parts turned yellowish on the sneaker and now they look terrible. I tried to fix it but it got worse. I had no idea the accents were leather and did not know the dye would run like that into the surrounding material. Contacted the store where I ordered and they said it was over 30 days so they sent me to Converse and I filed a claim and sent pictures of the damage and they blatantly denied the claim stating it wasn't a flaw. It is a flaw ...if you can't wear them for fear of them getting wet ever what's the use.even sweat from working out. A pair of sneakers should be able to be put through the test without the dyes all running over into the rest of the sneaker. No matter what I tried to say or resolve they treated me terrible. They wouldn't even replace with the same item which they have in stock. If I had known they couldn't get wet at all I would have been way more careful. If you can't wear a pair of sneakers without worrying about the dyes and poor workmanship what is the point? I have never ever had this issue with any other shoes I've ever had. It's ridiculous they wouldn't help me resolve this ...I'm so frustrated because it was a waste of my money ..please help me get this resolved somehow .. I would accept a new pair of the same shoe even though I had such a bad time with these. I wasnt looking for a refund just want a pair I can wear that look good

      We have a defective pair of Converse high top shoes with a sizable hole blown through the sole after wearing lightly walking around a college campus. I tried to process a defective claim but Converse denied it. Said hole is normal wear and tear. Weve owned many Converse and never experienced sole wear like this. I do not have paperwork since shoes were a gift to our college age daughter. Wed like a new pair size 8.5 womens black high tops

      Date of the transaction: Nov 24, 2023 Amount paid: $63.00 My mother-in-law ordered a pair of Converse sneakers for my daughter. They delivered but once given as a gift determined they were too small and wished to exchange them.The issue is after calling customer service multiple times within the exchange window we sat on hold for over an hour each time without ever speaking to a representative. I then went online and finally was able to get hold of an agent last week only to be told were no longer able to return or exchange them since we now exceeded the 60-day window.I have a copy of the chat to attach if needed for further proof that the only solution they gave me was to call the customer service number again to escalate the dispute. I called the number again only to sit on hold for over an hour with no response. Order number: ********* and it was placed by *****************************, ***************************************** ***********, ** ***** I have attached the chat transcript.Ultimately, all I want is to be sent a return label and for the company to honor their policy and exchange for a different size. ******************* on behalf of *****************************

      My wife and I used Klarna to purchase shoes for our kids for Christmas. We ordered 3 pairs directly from Converse. We had them sent to our Christmas vacation destination. The day after Christmas, we initiated a return of two of the pairs. We returned them on the 26th, and have been waiting over a month for that refund. We keep contacting Converse, who keep saying the refund was issued and we must wait 7 to 10, or even 10 to 15 days. ****** never shows a refund, and keeps telling us to contact Converse. Converse keeps saying it has been issued. We have spent hours on chats and calls, having contacted both a total of more than ten times. It feels like chaos and abuse and an absolute lack of accountability on Converse's part. They have no concern for our inconvenience. This is ridiculous.

      I tried purchasing the white ********* one star Converse shoes today in size 13. I had in my cart, entered all of my billing information and went to press place order when I was met with an error message that it was suddenly out of stock (see screenshot). I refreshed the page and tried again and it seemed to have went through. I received an email for order *********.. however instead of size 13, the email lists size 12. As you can see in the screenshot, I was clearly trying to order size 13. I contacted them via chat and they said there was nothing they could do and size 13 was now out of stock. I did not order size 12, I clearly ordered size 13. I would like these size 12s when they arrive to be exchanged for size 13.

      After spending money with converse they shipped product with coupons 1 on every box for 30$ off an order 100$ or more when attempting to use these code they don't work they are still valid and not expired I used them on full price items not sale still did not work I weren't to the *** page and looked up problems with promo code and it loops me around and around, the website for a submission of a claim for the promo code is disabled if you try to click option for help it flashes up then dissappears with in a sec so the page is there they just disabled it becuase that mostlikpy don't want to honor the coupons they sent out , seem criminal to me
