I ordered two pairs of shoes and not even 30 minutes later. I tried to call and cancel them because what was shown in the picture was different than the description. They look to be black with purple laces and they were blue with purple laces and this was a Christmas gift. They would not refund my money and cancel the order after 30 minutes. Even though the order has not been shipped. They claim that it's because it's in processing. That means nothing. It's still in your possession. You can refund my money but yet you choose not to. The product's not going to get here until December 6th or 7th and then they want me to send it back and then wait for them to get it and then wait 5 to 7 more days to get a refund which is going to put it way past Christmas when this is money going towards Christmas presents. So now I'm out $200 for Christmas presents because of their greed. They're wasting money on shipping an item that I'm just going to ship back. This is a scam that a lot of companies are doing where they will not cancel an order and refund when placed online. I want my freaking money without the hassle of having to send something back on something that I didn't want. It wasn't a day or two or three or four later. It was literally 30 minutes after ordering. Here it is 6 hours later with no email saying shipped so they still have it. Why couldn't you cancel and refund the order? Never doing business with this company again and I have 18 pairs of Converse as it is.

11/12/23 @900pm I placed an order, received the email confirmation, saw that the shipping address was incorrect, I immediately called, and the automated system suggested the chat online. I did the text, and they were unable to change the address so they were supposed to cancel the order. All of this happened within 5 min. I placed an order to be sent to the right address, received the confirmation email, and all was well..... 11/13/23 @815am I received an email, stating they are unable to cancel the order. I again contacted customer service, only to be told that the order has reached the warehouse, and they cannot cancel it. I explained that I will not receive the order, and will be unable to return it, They told me to contact PayPal, I explained that I had already tried. I again contacted PayPal they told me that Converse had not accepted the payment and could in fact cancel the order. I again reached out to Converse, who proceeded to charge me anyway. This afternoon I received the emails (2) confirming my item is shipping. (Exact same item, 2 different addresses) The tracking shows that they are still at the warehouse, waiting on a pickup driver from *** Ground. Again they refused to pull it off the truck. One customer service representative, ended the chat when I explained the issue, the next one just kept telling me he was sorry for the inconvenience and could see how it would be frustrating. They want me to return it when it gets delivered, and refuse to issue a refund. How can I return something that I will not receive!? I am now paying twice the price for 1 item, after I contacted **************** immediately. Any help would be appreciated. All chat sessions are saved by them, I have the last 2 transcripts if you need them.

I ordered a pair of custom high tops from Converse on 7/19/2023. I received them on 8/3. The second time I ever wore them, on 8/13 I looked down and noticed what I thought was something on my shoe, and softly tried to brush it off, when I did this, I realized it was a hole, and several pieces of fabric fell off.On 8/28 I filed a warranty complaint for a defective item.On 9/5 I called customer support and asked for an update, and I was told they had a mix up with my email, and I would get an email soon asking if I would like a replacement shoe, or a refund. On 9/16 I called customer support AGAIN, and within a few minutes of the rep assuring me they would take care of me, I received an email saying my warranty claim was denied, saying it doesnt qualify as a manufacturing defect.Ive never had this happen with any shoes Ive owned in my life. Ive owned plenty of converse as well, in fact I still have two pairs that are over 5 years old, and they dont have holes or tears in them. I didnt do anything that would explain the hole in the shoe.

On 8/3/23 I placed a Converse order for 2 pairs of the same style sneakers, size Men's 8/Women's 10, for $75 each. The order totaled $156.56 including tax. I received the sneakers, they were too big so I returned the two sneakers in the original packaging (see return authorization which clearly states two pairs sneakers, uploaded below). *** confirmed that Converse received this return on 8/11/23. On 8/16/23 I received a refund in my credit card account for $78.29, half the $156.56 amount I paid for the two sneakers. Four times, I called Converse customer support *************) to say they still owed me $78.28 and was then promised the refund due me and to wait **** days, which I did when no refund appeared again. As of 9/15/23 (the 10th day of waiting), there is still no $78.28 refund in my credit card account. Can ******************** please assist me to finally receive my $78.28 refund that is long overdue? Thank you for your assistance.

I brought shoes for my sister July 30th. They sent my order information to someone else's email. When I spoke to someone to complain they were no help at all. My shoes finally said they were delivered on the 2nd of August, I didn't receive anything. I was told to then wait ***************************************************** that they couldn't refund me because there was a picture submitted. Why was my package left outside when I had specified that I wanted it in the porch?? I want my refund for my missing package. I spent way too much money for these people to just keep my money while I receive no items. Order number *********

We got a pair of shoes that were very hard and inflexible. They were so uncomfortable. We attempted to get a warranty honor on a pair of shoes. We went to the store after it was rejected and the store again refused to exchange or return the shoes. Basically two common corporate games at play - passing the back to the store bought at knowing they have a 30 day not wornreturn policy - and not honoring a warranty. So common. Again makes me not want to buy things anymore. Converse was bought out (typical) the quality went down (also typical). The warranty is non existent - all so common.

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. They are evading the fact they sold defective shoes. They curve at the base. I should go visit their headquarters and speak to them as I think they should really see these shoes. They are very stiff. This is not a way to run a warranty or business.

I purchased a pair of converse on the website that was $38.95 through PayPal and the payment failed and went to an error page. I was confused to why it never went through so I kept tapping review to payment to only find out I had 3 authorization charges and one was automatically credited back. I called Converse the next day and they said they had no record of my order and I was never sent a confirmation at all. I just want my refund and PayPal is also refusing to give it to me after telling me charges would drop in 3 days instead of 30 days. They told me that I would have to contact Converse PayPal manager for them to drop the authorization charge and they haven't gave me any information to request that the authorization be dropped by Converse. I ask that who is running their account to please refund me my money back on their side. My invoice is ********* and transaction ID is *****************. I feel taken advantage by both the parties and I'm over everything. This will be the last time I ever shop with either of them.

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Converse regarding their failure to apply a 15% email promotional discount when I recently made a purchase on their website. The details of the transaction are as follows:Promotional Code: WELCOME-****-STLF-****-MK4G I received an email from Converse that included a promotional code offering a 15% discount on my next purchase. Excited about the opportunity to save some money, I decided to take advantage of the promotion and make a purchase on their website. However, upon completing the checkout process, I discovered that the full price was charged to my credit card, and the promised discount was not applied.I followed the instructions provided in the promotional email and entered the code "WELCOME-****-STLF-****-MK4G" at the designated field during the checkout process. I made sure to double-check the code for accuracy and validity before proceeding with the purchase. Despite my efforts, the discount was not reflected in the final amount due.Naturally, I expected the promotional discount to be applied to my order, as it was explicitly advertised in the email. However, Converse's failure to honor their promotional offer has left me feeling deceived and disappointed as a customer. I specifically made the purchase based on the expectation of receiving the advertised discount.I have made numerous attempts to contact Converse's customer service regarding this issue. However, their responses have been unsatisfactory, consisting of generic apologies and promises to look into the matter without any resolution or compensation offered. This lack of proper customer service further adds to my frustration and dissatisfaction. As a consumer, I believe it is essential for businesses to fulfill their advertised promises and honor their promotional offers. Converse's failure to apply the 15% discount to my order not only violates the trust I had in their brand but also reflects a breach of their own terms and conditions.

I just want to know how long the warranty is effective for. It's not stated within the warranty guidelines, and the agent I was chatting with refused to advise me. Not knowing is preventing me from buying a pair of shoes. And it's weird that the agent refused to even ask anyone. If was evident that they didn't know, but also weren't trying to find out.
