      I am very disappointed with the converse website. Like other reviews, I tried to cancel an order before it was even processed and ******* Refused. She stared that they could be returned once I received the order. As someone that has purchased several pairs of converse in the past not only for myself but for my children and grandchild, I can say that this will be my last. The customer service has left a negative impression all around. Its rather surprising to say the least.

      Dont purchase anything on their website, its all a scam!!!! **************** is unprofessional and not helpful. Placed and order for a bundle of 3 items to get $50 off, after order was placed we got an email that one ( the most expensive item) was cancelled. Called customer service to cancel the whole order as we did not want it since not honored the deal, they said that order can not be canceled, so we ended up getting 2 items that we did not need in the first place for full price. We will return the items, **** free return as they told us we can return it. Keep in mind we called to cancel before the order was processed, still unable to cancel it. Our friends placed same order, order 3 get $50 off, ended up same story, email received that one item cancelled, unable to cancel the whole order . Please please do not order anything from Converse.com as they are lying to customers!!!! Very disappointing and frustrating!!!!!!!!!!! Im

      I should have checked the reviews of Converse, Inc. before placing my order on converse.com. Very bad customer service. Placed my order and called them within 30 minutes to cancel. Spoke 4 times to different customer service representatives, and was receiving generic answers that they will submit a request to their cancellation team. Received 4 generic emails saying that they can not cancel. Called again after reading reviews, and asked for a supervisor, explained that I already purchased this item in a store, and do not need this order to be shipped, since it will be too late for a birthday present; mentioned about their customer service rating and complaints, about the consumer rights to cancel the order. The order was not even processed, but they still refused to cancel. Their answer "You will be able to return it within 30 days" does not make any sense, if I am cancelling before it is processed and shipped. The Converse. *** clearly does not comply with Federal and State Consumer Laws.I do not recommend buying anything from these company due to their bad customer service and due to their unfair and unprofessional business practices.

      So disappointed! $80 Converse shoes didnt even last 7 months. ??They have a sizable hole in the heal and Converse has denied both claims. **************** hasnt contacted me after writing them twice. My daughter has 12 other pairs of Converse, but they dont have this issue. I was hoping Converse would replace these shoes, but no response! For the price, they should make more durable shoes OR stand by their product. They have lost a loyal customer. ??

      Converse website baited me into signing up for their email program for a 15% off coupon code. Coupon code didn't apply to Converse *********************** Allstars, which I think would be considered their flagship product. Feels really disingenuous and scammy to me.

      Ive been a fan of converse for a long time. They are cool shoes. Recently I bought a leather pair at a discount store and they literally broke my feet. I have insurance and all but I kinda want converse to pay for my bill because deductible wasnt met and its still expensive. I didnt do anything but now Im 4 weeks into a broken foot and really they should take care of this. The shoes are to hard and not typical.

      I went to the Converse outlet in *********** **********. I received a email from Converse saying that they have special for the weekend. I went there was prepared to buy the special was if you spend $100 you get a $25 gift. I'll shop around the store I end up picking a few things and go to the register. The manager on duty was working with an associate and they were going back-and-forth on how to ring up the order I have been there for over 20 minutes so I told them OKl I'll go grab a cup of coffee across the way then I'll come back. So I go grab a cup of coffee and I came back and they still didn't know how to ring up the sale so I told him I'll come back later on this afternoon. I came back five hours later was in the process of buying my shoes, the bill which was $225 I paid $190 of it ( because I had a holiday gift card and was going to pay the rest with my debit card) and then just to make sure everything was good I reminded the associate to make sure my gift certificate was in there, my assumption is that she forgot and she "reset the order" (their language) and then I she proceeds to add the gift certificates and then runs it again but my gift card already was approved and hat now a zero balance and I showed them that; on their side it showed that the transaction didn't go through but I pulled up my gift card information and showed that it had already been paid but they couldn't figure out what was going on I was there for an hour and 20 minutes and they said what they would do is they will hold the merchandise they couldn't complete the sale. It's now day three I haven't heard back from them and I still don't have my merchandise, I basically paid for shoes that converse would not let me take home because of their error and I'm ****** I haven't heard back from them.

      I ordered a pair of shoes for an event and made sure to order with extra time for them to arrive. I get the shoes and it's a completely different pair of shoes (I ordered green platforms in a W9 and got low top splatter paint in a W12). I contacted customer service, and they told me I needed to wait 24hrs to get this issue resolved. I pushed back as to why since I got the package and they're wrong! I finally get them to re-order the correct shoes and I tell them I need these shoes for an event that following Friday (I called on Saturday) to which I was told all "Re-ships" receive priority shipping and was promised twice they would be here this week. I checked on my re-ship order Monday morning and saw that the shipping type was standard on my order and had not shipped yet. I contacted customer service to see if this issue can be fixed before they ship, I was assured that on their end it showed priority shipping, and this was just a technical error. I received an email today (Tuesday) that says we're sorry you were right it wasn't with expedited shipping and your order will not be arriving in time. To compensate me they offered me 15% off my next order. I like converse shoes, but I will never again buy directly from them. I was constantly told misinformation and brushed off when I brought up any concerns to their customer service. I now can only hope that ***** will get these shoes to me early by some chance before the event.Date of experience: September 29, 2022
